Hoʻoponopono a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as correction, with the synonyms manage or supervise, and the antonym careless.

Its not only our Physical body we need to heal.

We have a Spiritual Body also.
