Monthly Financial Review

We did not yet have the December Financial Report due to the end-of-year tax notifications to the congregation.

Irmgard reviewed the November Financial Report again for the new council members.

Clifton Family Church Budget

This is still outstanding and needs to be completed by the financial committee.

Building Committee Report

The following items were discussed by Pastor Crescentia:

There was a building cleanup with significant progress in the game room, which was being used as a secondary storage room.

Mitchel Bien replaced some lights and is making a list of bulbs that still need to be replaced.

Boiler and pipes maintenance

Chimney sleeve to be completed later in January.

Chair lift repair: a spare motor was found and repair should be possible with it.

Council Positions Elections

Farewells were said to the outgoing members: Dohi Ang, Irmgard Baynes, Doris Desouza, Doreen Waldmann Toyoda

Positions were decided for the 2022 council:

Council Chair: Tyndol Baynes
