FFWPU Memo: Cheonbo Registration Blessing Ceremony and Peace Blessing Ceremony September 24, 2021
General Information: A. Both will be held concurrently during the 3rd Peace Festival on October 3, 2021 (October 2, 2021 in North America). However, each has a different meaning. B. Cheonbo Registration Blessing Ceremony is one of the requirements for the Cheonbo Induction. This Registration Blessing Ceremony is for all Cheonbo candidate couples who registered for the evaluation process for the 2021 Cheonbo Induction, and all Cheonbo couples inducted in October 2020, who did not participate in the Blessing in February 2020 in Korea together with their spouse. Anyone in either of these categories should plan to participate in this Blessing Ceremony as couples. C. Peace Blessing Ceremony is a Blessing Ceremony for married couples invited by Heavenly Tribal Messiahs, and those receiving the Single Person Blessing.
Participants For the Peace Blessing (more details to come)
1) Already married couples:
1st generation couples in Heavenly Tribal Messiah’s (HTM) network who are prepared to go through all steps of the Blessing. It’s recommended that they have some basic education about the Blessing meaning, True Parents’ life and Divine Principle. They will also need to make a minimum offering of gratitude of $20.
2) Candidates wishing to receive the Single Person Blessing:
A Single Person 60+ Candidate is someone who is single, widowed or divorced and is willing to receive the Blessing once they are in the spirit world with the condition that they live a life without a partner on earth. After receiving this conditional Blessing, this person can receive a Seonghwa ceremony and counts as part of a HTM’s tribe and included in the CheonBo horizontal Blessing requirements.
They do not need to participate in the Chastening Ceremony, 40-day separation or 3-day ceremony until in the spirit world. This is not for someone seeking a re-blessing.
*Note: This Blessing is not for 1st or 2nd Generation matching Candidates or Intergenerational (1st and 2nd gen) married couples.
