Clifton, NJ Family Church: Subregion 1 ACLC's Unified Prayer Service Saturday

2020-07-24 · Source: tparents.org

We could all use more peace in our lives. To experience the spirit of peace, I want to invite you to join in offering prayers for peace at SR1 ACLC’s Unified Prayer Service this Saturday at 3pm. Also, next week starts the Peace Road tour in America. This year’s theme is the reconciliation of all people. The tour will begin with a repentance ceremony on behalf of America, and then the peace riders will connect with the pilgrim spirit as they take off from Plymouth, MA. And of course I don’t want anyone to miss out on the Peace Starts With Me Virtual Rally on Saturday, August 1st at 6pm. Be sure to register yourself, and invite others to take part in this historic moment.

I’m also delighted to congratulate this year’s Il Shim program participants. Please join me in celebrating their graduation this Sunday after our D3 Gathering.

In the midst of all this activity, I just want to take a moment to express how important it is to take care of your health. Unfortunately, we are not out of the woods with Covid-19 yet. There are still many people being affected by this devastating virus. As such, please remember to take the proper precautions for the sake of your health and that of others. If you don’t feel comfortable attending an in-person event, please don’t feel any pressure to. When you do go out and are around others, please be sure to keep the appropriate amount of social distance and wear a mask. Let’s all do our part to keep each other healthy and safe!

As always, please take good care, be healthy, and have a wonderful week!

Many Blessings, Pastor Crescentia

S!nergy Online

Youth and Students for Peace will be hosting S!nergy Online this Saturday, July 25th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm EST. This S!nergy’s theme is Healing America. We want to acknowledge the issues that are affecting the world today, especially with the racial divide that has come to the forefront of the American conscience. There are a multitude of issues dividing this country today (racial inequality, climate change, poverty, and poor education) and we want to encourage youth and students to find out which issues they can best tackle and how they would resolve them.

There will be prizes for the winners of the competition: 1st place: $500 2nd place: $300 3rd place: $200

CARP Rekindle

CARP New Jersey has initiated a summer program for the summer of 2020. With the situation of the coronavirus, it is easy to lose spirit or connection to our faith.

The purpose of the program is to rekindle our faith with the fire of of the Providence led by True Mother. The program runs from June 8 to August 3 and consists of a weekly guidance all together and daily HDH in trinities.

The topics for each week were pulled from True Mother’s speech at the 60th Anniversary of the Holy Wedding on May 8, 2020. So far, the program has 27 participants from not only CARP NJ, but also young people from around the country as well.

This week we will have a guidance from Rev Compton on True Parents.

Anyone interested in the contents are welcomed to join the program. Guidance will be from 3- 4pm every Monday.
