Clifton, NJ Family Church: Letter from Our Pastor on Her Return

I’m excited to return to pastoring after taking leave for the birth of my daughter. I’m very grateful for Pastor Naokimi’s great leadership in my absence. Although I miss seeing you in person, I’ve enjoyed spending time together at our community gatherings on Sundays. Look forward to seeing you again this Sunday at 12:15. I hope you are doing well, feeling healthy and enjoying this bright summer season with your family.

In this time of great challenge and unrest, I pray daily for all the members of our community to receive and feel God and True Parent’s love, protection and healing. I want to extend a heartfelt statement of love and solidarity with our black brothers and sisters. You matter to me and you matter to God and True Parents! Brothers and sisters let’s take the opportunity to really care for and listen to one another, so that we can come to more powerfully reflect the unconditional love of our Heavenly Parent towards one another. We are truly blessed at this time in history to have our True Mother leading us forward towards the substantiation of the Heavenly Kingdom. Now, we have the incredible opportunity to get to know her more deeply through her memoir, Mother of Peace. Over these last three weeks, we’ve heard from so many wonderful brothers and sisters from all over the world telling the amazing story of our True Parents.
