Change to the Guide to the Four Holy Items
2016-11-12 · Source: tparents.org
Please be advised that a significant change has been made to the Guide to the Four Great Holy Items of Cheon Il Guk. Recently, the International Headquarters clarified that only the continental directors, national presidents, and pastors have the authority to multiply Cheon Il Guk Holy Wine. Additionally, only the continental directors, national presidents or their appointed representatives (certified Marriage Blessing Officiators) have the authority to use the CIG Holy Wine to conduct a Marriage Blessing Ceremony. For all others that receive the Holy Wine as part of their Cheon Il Guk Holy Items set, the Holy Wine should be kept as a symbol of True Parents’ love and blessing. Those wishing to use the Holy Wine to conduct Marriage Blessing Ceremonies are encouraged to apply to become Marriage Blessing Officiators. The application can be accessed on the Blessing and Family Ministry website.
We have updated the section on Cheon Il Guk Holy Wine in the Guide to the Four Great Holy Items of Cheon Il Guk , in accordance with the updated information from International Headquarters.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience the announcement of this change may cause. Please convey this change to your congregants verbally and in writing, and provide them with the updated guide available on the BFM website, if needed.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please feel free to contact Ayako Heller of the national Blessing and Family Ministry at aheller@unification.org or 212-997-0055.
God Bless You,
Crescentia DeGoede Director, National BFM
