Reminder - Pastors - Registration for the Special Grace Ceremony

As you may know, the National 40-day condition of preparation for the Special Grace will be concluding this Friday, July 22 (while the 40-day period of devotion for the 4th Anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa continues until August 19). The time period to host a Special Grace ceremony in your community is from July 29 to August 18, prior to the 4th Anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa. Please chose the date and time the ceremony will be held in your community and report in by filling out the following form: https://bfm.familyfed.org/ special-grace-holy-wine-ceremony-registration/. The deadline to register your community’s ceremony date was yesterday, July 18. However, if you haven’t done so, please fill in the above form as soon as possible.

To better facilitate the registration process for participants in the Special Grace ceremonies to be held in local communities across the nation, we have created an online registration form. You and your staff can get access to the completed registration forms submitted by members of your community, via a password and unique link, which was emailed to you by BFM Tech Support.

We encourage all pastors to attend the Special Grace Registration support webinar which will be held on Wednesday, July 20 at 9 p.m. EST, and view the recording of the previous webinar if missed. To connect to the call use this link: https://zoom.us /j/2861936500.

All individuals and families planning to participate in the Special Grace ceremony need to complete this registration form prior to participating in the ceremony. Although this online form can be completed on the day of the ceremony, by having your congregants complete the form ahead of time, you will be better equipped to accommodate them, and it will expedite your registration process on the day of the ceremony. Pre-registration will also allow us to make a stronger offering and connection to True Parents in our reports. Please also complete this registration for your own families.

Please note that only those individuals and families that complete their registration and make their offering will be eligible to receive the new Cheon Il Guk Holy Items, which will be distributed after all Special Grace ceremonies have concluded. Therefore, please encourage your congregants to register and make sure to register your own family as soon as possible.
