Retreat for Singles 40+ - Sao Paulo, Brazil - July 15–18

We are excited to announce a three-day retreat in São Paulo, Brazil for matching candidates over 40 from July 15 to 18, 2016. The program will take place at the Hotel Fazenda Hípica Atibaia in the country side of São Paulo.

This is an opportunity for matching candidates over 40 to network and start communicating with potential partners. The program is organized by BFD of Brazil and South America, and the organizers are very excited to welcome participants from the United States.

The program will run from July 15 to 18, including a trip to Rio de Janeiro on July 17 and a city tour on July 18. Participants are guaranteed a memorable experience. To see the full schedule, please click here.

Guidelines for the participants Who can participate: All members who are single candidates for matching and Blessing, who are more than 40 years old (except blessed widowers). Re-blessing candidates can also participate: Those who are victims of a cancelled blessing and have maintained purity after a broken blessing.

The qualifications for interested participants:

Each candidate must update and complete all matching and blessing requirements (including AIDS test and other health tests, valid for 6 months only). All completed documents must be submitted to the USA BFD and to be sent to Brazil & SA BFD (latinblessing@gmail.com) until May 29, 2016.

a) Each candidate must offer a prayer and Jeong Seong condition specifically for this purpose of the “Heavenly Meeting”: 21 or 40 days. Purpose of the condition: Pray to God and True Parents for better internal preparation to be able to think, feel and look at your co-candidates from the viewpoint of God and True Parents and one of them as a possible future match in this “Heavenly Meeting”. Note: Each participant needs to have a recommendation from the local Pastor stating that the candidate fulfilled the condition of devotion for 21 or 40 days and then the local Pastor submit this to the BFD along with the rest of the candidate´s documents. b) Each participant needs to be ready to communicate with anyone, no matter what race, skin color or country. There are candidates from Brazil and other countries from South America, and we´re extending the invitation also to other regions of the world, overcoming barriers of race and following the tradition of True Parents about International Matching and Blessing. . Male candidate: The person needs to be ready for the possibility of being matched to a female candidate who cannot get pregnant, because he understood that what matters the most is to receive the Blessing and change the blood lineage. If this candidate does not accept this proposal, then he is not allowed to register. c) All interested candidates should confirm their participation by sending the Registration Form through this email address: latinblessing@gmail.com completely filled out. d) All participants of this meeting must participate personally the two days event. The program will start with the opening of the event on July 15 (Friday) at 8 pm, check in at the hotel at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm, there will be a bus to the hotel that will leave the FFWPU headquarters of Brazil at 3 pm. The event will end at 5 pm on July 17, 2016, hotel check-out time is at 3 pm. For all participants, the bus leaves the hotel at 5:30 pm.

Note: For foreign participants, the bus leaves the hotel at 6 pm to go to a delicious barbecue restaurant for dinner in São Paulo, then at 9 pm leaves for the trip to Rio de Janeiro and on July 18, 2016, whole day, city tour at Rio (Christ the Redeemer statue, Sugar Loaf by cable car, lunch at the Barbecue restaurant, walking/hiking in the little forest with side view of the beach, enjoy the different sceneries of the city overlooking the beach, dinner then back to São Paulo.

Note: The participation fee is 600 dollars, this includes, the food and accommodation at the hotel for two days July 15 to 17, 2016, the pick-ups at the airport or bus terminal, the bus to the hotel place and the round trip (by a comfortable bus) to Rio de Janeiro, city tour and meals. Extra days at the hotel is 90 dollars additional payment (already includes the 3 meals). All payments must be done through the Western Union to Maria Dolor Benitez Barbosa das Gracas or Valtiva Alves Padilha (the treasurer of the BFD, Brazil), whole or half payment in the month of May and the rest of the payment in the month of June, 2016 to guarantee your place at the hotel.
