Early Bird Reminder for Parents' Matching Convocation - Chicago, IL - Oct 17-18

October 6 is the early bird deadline for the Parents’ Matching Convocation (PMC) on October 17-18, 2015 at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. For more information and to register for the PMC visit the event page on the Blessing & Family Ministry website. Although the registration will remain open up until the start of the PMC, those who register by the early bird deadline will pay a reduced price to participate.

The PMC is a wonderful opportunity for parents to understand the matching process, learn from those who have matched their children successfully, network with other parents, and consider possible matching candidates. Parents will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced BFM presenters and will be given tools to deepen their relationship with their children and deepen their relationship with their spouse.

We recommend that parents attend a PMC before beginning the matching process with their children. Parents whose children are at least 16 should participate in a PMC simply to learn and prepare. Parents whose children are younger than 16, are also encouraged to attend the PMC to help prepare for the future and also to improve relationships with their children and spouse.

Participants in this PMC will receive the brand new, vastly improved 2nd edition of the Family Matching Handbook. They will learn about the matching websites, the international matching process and other resources to support them in matching their children.
