Blessing Interview Training Webinar for Ministry Leaders - Jan. 5 • 9pm (EST)

The Blessing & Family Ministry is offering a Blessing Interview Training Webinar on Monday, January 5th at 9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (EST).

One of the important components of preparing for the Holy Marriage Blessing is the Blessing Interview. The Blessing Interview is designed to help individuals prepare to receive the forgiveness and grace of God and True Parents, and enter the Blessing with a renewed and pure heart.

The responsibility for overseeing the Blessing Interview has transitioned to the local pastor of each community. To help communities be more effective in performing Blessing Interviews, the Blessing and Family Ministry team will hold a Blessing Interview Training Webinar on Monday, January 5th.

We recommend that each community designates several people in the community who can conduct Blessing Interviews. It is best if there are a number of people in each local area trained to conduct Blessing Interviews, so that an applicant can choose an interviewer of the same gender and someone they can trust.

Please invite those who have been trusted to do interviews in the past and others whom you feel could make good interviewers to attend this training.

Qualifications:

To be certified as a Blessing Interviewer, one must read the Blessing Interview Manual and participate in the Blessing Interview Training on January 5th. Additionally, those who are not pastors will need to submit a letter of recommendation from their local pastor.
