To read testimonies from second generation participants and photos gunma2012.blogspot.co.uk
After listening to the testimonies of the second generation participants, I was fascinated and surprised to discover how deeply they had been moved by the experience. I was especially moved by one of the testimonies:
I had been worried about this participant, being one the youngest but despite this they were very joyful and deepened relationships with the CARP members through understanding the challenges that the CARP members face balancing a life of faith with their studies. The participant felt this to be, truly, the way to live a life of faith, a principled lifestyle and a lifestyle centred on True Parents and were very uplifted by the members’ example. As a result of this experience, our participant is studying the Divine Principle and preparing for the Blessing. I also received a call of gratitude from the mother of the second generation member. True Parents have a special kind of hope for CARP. Japan CARP has a good culture and foundation, so by living alongside with them, witnessing with them and following the example of balancing work with studies, the participants can experience and learn many things. Although it is a short time, it would be rewarding to see investment in goodness.
