Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving!

May the love and blessings of our Heavenly Parent and our True Parents be with you and with your family during this holiday season.

On behalf of our senior pastor, Reverend In Jin Moon, I want to wish you and your family a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving! We truly have much to be thankful for, in that we are living together with our True Parents under the leadership of their beloved son, Reverend Hyung Jin Moon and beloved daughter, Reverend In Jin Moon, here in America. We will be welcoming our True Parents back to America at the end of this week. Thank you again for your prayers and great effort over the past 40 days to fulfill True Parents’ direction for America.

Today, November 22, is the conclusion of the National 40-Day Condition of Prayer and Action. Coincidentally, from today there are exactly 40 days remaining in this historic and momentous year of 2011. As such, we would like to extend the national condition to cover this final 40-day period of 2011. So, we will continue to work to achieve True Parents’ direction to educate 3,000 clergy by the end of this year. We have scheduled two final major national OSDP workshops during these 40 days to accomplish this goal: Atlantic City (November 28- December 1) and Chicago (December 14-17).

During these 40 days, we want to also focus on building and strengthening Lovin’ Life Ministries throughout America. Let us all make a goal as a family to reach out to twelve people during this time and invite them to come to church and experience LLM for themselves. (Our clergy are working hard to reach out to 12 pastors, guided by our True Parents). This is a great time to be natural witnesses to the ‘Breaking News’ of True Parents and proudly share our faith with those that God has placed in our lives.

In September, we installed (with the blessing of Reverend In Jin Moon) five new pastoral couples in the major ministry areas of New York, Boston, Atlanta, Seattle and Chicago. They are working very strongly with the District Pastors and with our Blessed Family communities to build a strong and thriving church ministry. They have already made a huge difference in the lives of our families and new members are continuing to join our church. We want to be able to bless the remaining major cities of Minneapolis, Columbus, San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas and Washington, D.C. with young pastoral couples. So, please pray that this can be accomplished by the end of this year.

The level of heartistic unity that we have been able to achieve here in America, centering on True Parents and our senior pastor, is unprecedented. Together we can accomplish all that Heaven is asking of us and much more. As we truly stand as mature Blessed Families and take ownership over God’s Providence in America, we can surely offer this great nation to God and True Parents on Foundation Day.

Let us take the opportunity of the final 40 days in 2011 to come together in prayer and action with our families and as a nation, making a strong foundation to launch into 2012. (It’s hard to believe that we are talking about entering into 2012, but we are - in 40 days!)

As our senior pastor encouraged in her sermon last Sunday, please take this time of Thanksgiving and share it with your family in the most beautiful way, rejuvenating yourselves through the love of God so that we may stand strong and share His love and His Word with all of His children in America.
