May God and True Parents’ blessings and love be with brothers and sisters in all regions, mission nations and providential organizations. On 10.7 by the heavenly calendar (November 2, 2011), True Parents gave special instructions regarding the restoration of tribes. This is to announce the guidelines for strengthening tribal messiah activities. Please do your best in carrying out these activities in accordance with True Parents’ will.

1. True Parents’ Instructions 1) Summary: “All members of the Unification community should devote themselves to witnessing for the sake of the restoration of their tribes until Foundation Day in 2013.” 2) Witnessing efforts should be directed towards members of one’s tribe, ambassadors for peace, and all parliamentarians or congressmen from both the ruling and opposition parties in a nation

2. Activity should be carried out from 10.8 by the heavenly calendar (November 3, 2011) until the Cheon Il Guk Foundation Day.

3. Activity guidelines: To witness and educate guests, have them receive the blessing, and complete the 3-day ceremony so that they can become a member.
