Announcing Important 40-Day Education Condition

May the love and blessings of our Heavenly Parent and our True Parents be with you and with your family!

On behalf of our Senior Pastor, Rev. In Jin Moon, I would like to sincerely thank you for your incredible, ongoing support of our True Parents here in America. Your dramatic response to the call to come to Las Vegas with 24 hours notice last week gave comfort to True Parents’ heart and provided a powerful victory as we launched the initiative to educate 3,000 clergy in America with the Original Substance of the Divine Principle content, centering on the 172 clergy which you helped to send to Korea in September.

Current Historic Directions

True Parents are very excited and very serious about asking the 172 clergy representatives to each now find 12 other clergy members to receive the OSDP education and take part in the Registration of the Fatherland. Father’s urgent plea is that we accomplish this as quickly as possible. His entire focus is on Foundation Day, which is less than 500 days away, and every direction he gives should be received and carried out by us with utmost humility and attendance and with absolute faith, love and obedience.

The heartistic unity that Hyung Jin Nim, Kook Jin Nim and In Jin Nim have with our True Parents at this time is truly astounding to behold. Hyung Jin Nim has put everything aside in order to attend True Parents with his wife and family 24 hours a day! Without In Jin Nim’s incredible heart of attendance to True Parents and her beautiful guidance to our families in America, we would never have been able to offer victory after victory (including last week) to God and True Parents over the last three years.

This is the most extraordinary moment in history and we are fantastically blessed to be able to live with and attend True Parents directly. In Jin Nim knows that these directions are not easily fulfilled and can be very stressful to our pastors and to our families. Yet, True Parents are the root of our faith and our salvation and sharing the “Breaking News’ with the world is our primary mission. With True Children’s leadership, we will offer this nation to God and True Parents and fulfill every direction which is given.

At the same time, we are continuing to build a growing, dynamic ministry across this nation that we like to call, “Lovin’ Life MInistries”! This growth and development will not stop but will only be enhanced by our attendance to True Parents. It is their ministry!

New pastors are in place now, rolling out the Launch Pad for this third quarter; our congregations are moving into movie theaters in their neighborhoods, in order to be able to reach their communities with the “Breaking News”; we have perhaps the best class yet in our GPA (Generation Peace Academy, formerly STF), with over 120 participants from throughout the nation; and we are growing at an average of 25 new members per month, a number which will steadily increase.

Special 40-Day Condition

In order to accomplish True Parents’ direction to educate 3,000 clergy, we are going to begin a National 40-Day Condition of Prayer and Action for the Education of 3,000 Clergy in America. The condition will begin this Friday, October 14, 2011 and will conclude Tuesday, November 22 (right before Thanksgiving).

During this condition, we are proposing to hold one OSDP National Workshop per week (a total of 6) for the 172 clergy

participants and their 12, other clergy and faith leaders, Ambassadors for Peace (UPF) and Women Leaders (WFWP), and our family members. The initial goal for each workshop will be 500 participants, but if we can increase those numbers and accomplish the goal more quickly, we will do so.

First National OSDP Workshop

We have already swung into action for the first OSDP Workshop which will be held at the Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, beginning this Sunday, October 16 and ending on Wednesday, October 19. It is a great opportunity for brothers and sisters from the East Coast and surrounding Districts to come and invite their guests.

The first session starts at 7:00 PM on Sunday evening and the final session ends at 2:00 PM on Wednesday. A $200 love offering is being asked for participation, including lodging on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights and meals beginning with breakfast on Monday morning and ending with lunch on Wednesday.

Clergy, Ambassadors for Peace and women contacts should be registered through contacting each District headquarters’ office. Invitation letters from ACLC, UPF and WFWP are attached to this announcement for your reference.

An additional special offering of $700 is being asked from first-time Unificationist participants, but is not required from non-Unificationist participants.

The second and third workshops will be held in Las Vegas, where we expect our True Parents to return following the True Children’s Day celebration in Korea on October 27 (these dates are all solar calendar)!

There has been a huge response and outpouring of support for True Parents and for this educa-tional initiative from our clergy (who were transformed by their experience in Korea) and our pastors and congregations, especially in New Jersey, New York, Boston and Washington, DC. Ohio and Atlanta are also planning to send people to the first conference from their Districts.

Please begin to reach out to all you guests and contacts for this exciting set of workshops. Let’s join together in prayer and action during these 40 days to accomplish the goal that our True Parents have given us.

Greetings in this beautiful fall season or autumn – awesome season!

I have the great pleasure to officially launch our “Women of Spirituality and Healing aspect of Women’s Federation for World Peace, which is an extension and of the “Women of Faith” component of our organization.

Given the serious and confusing times we live in where spiritual leadership is needed along with practical expertise, our Founders, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon and her husband, the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, have been calling in particular on men and women of Spirituality to take the lead here in the United States.

Most recently a group of Christian and Interfaith Clergy men and women have travelled to Korea to learn more about the core teachings of all of the peace organizations our founders have initiated, and as well as come to understand their own role in ushering in this new age of peace.

At this time the same seminars are being held here in the United States, called “Original Substance Divine Principle” Seminars, where crucial spiritual knowledge and truths are being shared for today’s leadership, in order to be better equipped to help steer humanity through the storms and challenges of this time. There will be a series of sessions on the Principles in the Bible and through the Original Divine Principle as well as breakout sessions and discussions on how to apply the new knowledge in your area of influence. You have been recommended for this special summit meeting as a woman of spirit and healing who is serious and sensitive to the call of God. A special community outreach mission will be done during each conference to put the Word into action. The first conference will begin Sunday, October 16th at 7:00 PM and will conclude at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 19th. Dear ACLC Clergy and the 172 Pastors who Registered for the Kingdom, In Korea last month, we received a special mission to become one with Jesus and establish our own twelve disciples or representatives that can become a part of our family and tribe. We are asking you, as the 172 pastors as well as 120 core faith leaders of ACLC (10 per ACLC district who could not go to Korea) to each bring twelve that we might create a body of 3,000. Father Moon shared that 3,000 will be raised up with a special anointing to transform the family, the community and the world. The number 3,000 represents the 3,000 years from King David to today – the time of Jesus’ promised return. This mission will allow the fruits and blessings of God’s preparation during the last three thousand years to be inherited by 3,000 clergy, empowering them to transform our marriages and families, our communities and the world through the love of God. Those who went to Korea and Las Vegas saw the miraculous and uplifting spirit of God manifested. We could feel we were truly becoming one through the Holy Spirit with our Korean families and that racial, religious and denominational barriers were no longer a deterrent to unity and harmony. As we gather the 3,000, let us be reminded of what happened at the time of Pentecost as described by Peter in Acts 2:41: “Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.” Your twelve are prepared by God that you may truly stand as Jesus’ representative in the last days. On that foundation, the 3,000 will be called to move with the Holy Spirit to unify the body of Christ, bless families and call for God to heal our land (2 Chronicles 7:14). In Mark 1: 17:18 Jesus said, “Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men. And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.” The mission spirit of the 172 pastors who went to Korea for the Registration in God’s Kingdom and Fatherland is no less than the disciples who dropped their nets to respond to the call of the Lord. These clergy, as well as the ACLC Co-Chairs and core pastors, have felt a special call through this historic mission. In a little over one week, 172 pastors put aside all schedules to come to Korea for fifteen days from September 10th-23rd. When they were asked to stay longer in Korea, twelve were chosen to represent the 172. They joined Father Moon on the very rough seas around Go Mun Do Island to fish and pray. Through that course, we became “fishers of men.” Then on September 29th, twelve responded to Father Moon’s call to come to Las Vegas, where they fished on the calm waters of Lake Mead. Once again, the pastors stood as fishers of men as prayers were offered that each fish the pastors caught would represent millions who are set to come forth to bless marriages and families, save America and heal this world. Suddenly, while the twelve stood in Las Vegas, Father Moon gave the call on October 4th at the 5:00 a.m. prayer session that 1,000 or more must gather in 24 hours. The 172 Faith Leaders sprang into action along with our Unification families, and at 7:00 PM on October 5th, 1,200 guests assembled at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas and heard the urgent message of Father Moon. Then a “pentecost” occurred in which families

of Korea in the East were combined with families of every race and denomination from the West through Korean surnames to become one family as we registered into the Kingdom of God and Fatherland. Father Moon repeated his call issued on September 12th that each of the 172 must gather twelve from the clergy they know, as well as from the anointed people of faith from their churches and families, to stand for the Lord. He has also called for Ambassadors for Peace of the Universal Peace Federation, the women leaders of the Women’s Federation for World Peace and youth from CARP to join in. In response to Father Moon’s call, we will conduct a series of special programs each week for the next 40 days. With this prayerful letter, we call the 172 pastors that went to Korea to join with 120 core ACLC pastors to each bring a total of twelve to one or more of these programs during the 40-day period from October 14th to November 22nd. With this effort, 3,000 anointed will be established. The first program is: Sunday, October 16th at 7:00 PM through mid-afternoon on Wednesday, October 19th at Bally’s Atlantic City, 1900 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ, www.ballysac.com. Dinner on your own for the 16th; meals will be covered from Monday breakfast through Wednesday lunch. At these programs, we will conduct sessions on the Principles in the Bible through the Original Divine Principle, as well as hold practical workshops on how to bless the married couples in your church and how to make your members strong in the love of God. Please register for this historic mission to build our twelve disciples following the footsteps of Jesus and to create 3,000 by finding those twelve that are closest to your heart. You can bring twelve to one conference or several guests to multiple conferences. There is no limit to the number of leaders you can bring. We ask that you find a minimum of twelve. Attached is a simple invitational letter that you can sign and use to invite twelve others to come with you. We are raising funds to make the costs as low as possible. Because of that effort, your twelve represen- tatives are being asked to make a love offering of $200 per person for this historic experience on the Ocean at one of America’s finest resort locations. Please call upon your members at your next Sunday service to take a special collection to raise funds to help register your own twelve disciples. Registration will be done through your local ACLC representatives as we did for Korea. As 3,000 gather in faith to receive the Word, the blessing of every family will be secured for the 300,000,000 in America and expand to the entire world. It will create a movement of God’s love that will inspire Heaven’s elect to come into one accord and shout out and witness the divisions of humanity – from divisions of denominations, faiths, and races to the walls dividing North and South Korea – come tumbling down.
