Original Divine Principle Workshop in Las Vegas

True Parents are continuing their historic World Tour in Europe with tremendous victories in each program. Tonight, they are in Athens and will travel to Istanbul later this week. They will then speak in London, Geneva and Berlin and return to Las Vegas for their final program on Saturday, May 21.

In conjunction with True Parents’ providential tour, a special Original Divine Principle Workshop will be held in Las Vegas from Thursday, May 19 through Tuesday, May 24 at the South Point Hotel (9777 S. Las Vegas Blvd.). True Parents want to provide great blessing and empowerment through this workshop’s important education. They are asking that at least three participants from each state in America attend, including National Messiahs, Boonbongwangs, Ambassadors for Peace, ACLC clergy, leaders of providential organizations and members. Other leaders from throughout the world are also asked to participate.

The workshop presentations will be given by Rev. Jeung Og Yu. The program will open with a 7:00 PM session on Thursday, May 19 and end after lunch on Tuesday, May 24. All participants will attend True Father’s event on Saturday afternoon and a black-tie gala on Saturday evening (both at the Aria Hotel). They can also participate in the Charity Slot Tournament at the Aria Hotel on Saturday morning (if they register separately for the tournament). All will attend the Lovin’ Life worship service at the Aria Hotel on Sunday morning. The rest of the program will center on ODP presentations.

Registration for the workshop is online through the following link: familyfed.org/odp. The registration fee is $620 with a double-occupancy sleeping room, $875 with a single-occupancy sleeping room and $415 for daytime participation without a sleeping room, payable through the online registration form. The registration fee includes all meals from dinner on Thursday, May 19 through lunch on Tuesday, May 24.

A special donation of $700 is due from those who are participating in the workshop for the first time, payable to your District Headquarters’ office. The Workshop Guidelines document is attached to this memo.

An optional Grand Canyon tour may be available after the close of the workshop on Tuesday, May 24 with a return to Las Vegas on Wednesday afternoon, May 25 in time for evening air travel. An additional tour fee will be applied.

TRAVEL TO AND FROM LAS VEGAS Travel to and from the venue is the responsibility of each participant.

MEALS Scheduled meals will be provided throughout the workshop starting from dinner on Thursday, May 19th through lunch on Tuesday, May 24th. Participants are responsible to pay for any additional food and drinks outside the scheduled programs. For those arriving in Las Vegas prior to May 19th, you will be responsible for your own meals.

ACCOMMODATIONS Sleeping accommodations at the South Point Hotel and Casino will be provided from Thursday May 19th, through Monday May 23rd (5 nights). Sleeping rooms are double-occupancy unless otherwise stated prior to arrival. Roommates will be assigned upon arrival at the conference site, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Based on availability, single rooms are optional for an additional $255. Incidentals are the responsibility of each participant (you will need to present your credit card at the front desk). Participants are responsible for their own accommodations outside of these dates.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION A free shuttle is available from McCarran International Airport to South Point Hotel and Casino. If you would like to take a taxi, the cost is about $25. Self-parking is available at the hotel for free. Ground transportation during the time of the conference program will be provided for all participants according to the published schedule. After the close of the conference, participants are responsible for their own transportation.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY FOR LOSS Participants are responsible to arrange their own travel insurance. We are not responsible for loss of private property (such as lost luggage), or for personal medical conditions. Please consult your health insurance carrier about international travel and prepare all the necessary documents that would be needed in the event of an emergency. This should include but not be limited to the exact contact information for your doctors, prescription details, etc.
