Thanksgiving Weekend with True Parents and True Family in Las Vegas

May the love and blessing of our Heavenly Parent and our True Parents be with you and your family.

Our True Parents, together with True Family, blessed families and all affiliated organizations, have just successfully completed the first of three major providential events, which will bring to a conclusion the 10th year of Cheon Il Guk. World Assembly 2010, entitled, “The Era of Universal Peace: God’s Providence and the Abel UN”, which took place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York on Monday, November 22, was a huge victory, as over 3,000 attended and were able to hear True Father’s historic address, “Proclaiming the Substantial Word of God and the Era of the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind”.

Representatives from all the nations of the world, U.N. Ambassadors, Ambassadors for Peace, clergy, religious leader of all faiths and our families and their guests were in attendance. Hundreds of clergy came from our ACLC foundation, many VIP’s from UPF, WFWP and the U.N. attended. The amazing success of this event was due to the great teamwork, centering on True Parents and on our President and Senior Pastor, Rev. In Jin Moon. It was truly moving to see Dr. Hyung Jin Moon, Mr. Kook Jin Moon and Rev. In Jin Moon standing behind our True Parents on the stage, giving their full support, as True Parents were signing the declaration and concluding the assembly by banging a huge gong. From Father’s point of view, this event represented Washington, D.C. and New York.

True Parents held Hoon Dok Hae at East Garden on Monday and Tuesday and then departed for Las Vegas Tuesday afternoon, in order to prepare for the second event (which Father is calling the “Hoover Dam Assembly”), which will take place this Saturday, November 27 from 2:00 – 5:30 PM at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. The third and final event will be held in Seoul, Korea on Saturday, December 4.

As was previously explained, these three events at the close of 2010 have great providential significance from True Parents’ point of view. The overall purpose of these assemblies is to proclaim the authority of God’s liberation through the settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanity. An important element of this is that Father expects the Tribal Messiahs to inherit the victorious authority of the settlement of True Parents and the liberation of God on the tribal level.

Father fully expects our blessed central families, as tribal messiahs, to inherit the victory of these events and accomplish tribal messiahship (blessing our tribes and everyone in America) by Foundation Day, January 13, 2013, which Father strongly proclaimed as the day that all of human history will be fulfilled and completed. In his public speech, Father said, “I want you to come with me,” indicating that his desire as the True Parent is for all of his children to share in the victory of Foundation Day in 2013.

Brothers and sisters, this is the incredible heart of our True Parents, to save all of mankind through the Holy Marriage Blessing. Father said that he could bless entire nations together, like Russia and America, in a matter of 30 minutes. This is why Hyung Jin Nim, Kook Jin Nim and In Jin Nim are proclaiming the ‘Breaking News’ of who True Parents are to the world, so that all of mankind can benefit from True Parents’ being on earth.

I want to encourage all of our families across America to actively participate in the victory of these three providential events, so that our families may gain the extraordinary blessing that God wants to bestow upon us, and so that we can make our own foundation for January 13, 2013. Father has said that any contribution we can make before 2013 has profound value, in that these are the final 800 days leading up to the conclusion of history.

In light of this, I would like to everyone across America to come and spend Thanksgiving with our True Parents and with True Family! I know that Thanksgiving is a special time where we cherish being able to spend time with our families. Please have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family on Thursday and then bring your family to Las Vegas for Saturday and Sunday. What a great Thanksgiving gift it will be for our True Parents, when they see that our blessed families in America have come to Las Vegas to be together with them. Without True Parents, we would have no families to be thankful for; so let us give back to them on this Thanksgiving weekend.

We can come with our guests to Las Vegas this Saturday and take part in the “Hoover Dam Assembly”, with our True Parents in the afternoon. Then In Jin Nim is inviting everyone to stay for a Thanksgiving Dinner and Gala Celebration at Caesar’s Palace from 7:00 PM. We will have a great turkey dinner, live music from the Lovin’ Life Band, ballroom dancing with Ms. Arianna Moon and great fellowship.

Then, families can stay overnight (Chris Stein is arranging blocks of rooms in area hotels for as little as $50 per night) and attend Lovin’ Life Live in Las Vegas, Sunday service at 10:00 AM, with our senior pastor, at Caesar’s Palace. In Jin Nim’s heart is to thank our families for all of your incredible support this year for True Parents and for God’s Providence. Thanksgiving with our church community!

Also, we would like to give every family across America the chance to give a donation in support of our True Parents and these world assemblies, as True Parents are standing themselves on the front line to save America. Sadly, Father had to mention in his speech on Monday that he,

himself, had to provide the funds for this cosmic event! Brothers and sisters, we can’t let that stand. One way that we can move the heart of our True Parents in Las Vegas is by showing an outpouring of support financially, so that they can see that we are “owners” of this providence, and not just “spectators”.

For this reason, we suggest that every family in America give a donation from their hearts of $120 or more (through their District or State offices) over the next 3 days. In this way, even if your family is not able to attend the events in New York and Las Vegas, you can still make an offering and be connected in heart to True Parents’ great efforts.

Father’s heart and mind is so vast that he is now talking about using the water from the mighty Hoover Dam to turn the surrounding desert in Las Vegas into a green oasis that produces food to feed the world. How can we not step forward at this time to support Father’s vision for our own nation, knowing that he is over 90 years of age and still investing all of his heart, soul and body for God?

Please pray over these next 3 days for great victory in Las Vegas and, if at all possible, come to Las Vegas this weekend and give generously from your heart for this tremendous providential activity. God will multiply your giving a thousand fold!
