Possible UK television documentary about Unification Movement on Channel 5

Following a meeting with a London-based TV production company, we are pleased to say that the possibility of a further UK television documentary about the Unification Movement is now on the horizon – this time for Channel 5. In contrast to two recent documentary programmes it intends to highlight individuals within the movement who have already taken part in a Blessing Ceremony and to explore the diversity of lifestyles that they now lead whilst sharing the same faith.

It will be made exclusively with current members and the production company emphasises that it will work in partnership with the contributors to tell their stories so that rather than making a documentary ‘about them’ it will be making a documentary ‘with them.’ In that way it should provide an interesting opportunity to get across what the movements stands for.

At this stage we are seeking willing programme contributors in the UK. These can be blessed individuals of any age group.
