Join us for a Special service this Sunday as we appreciate Dr. Ki Hoon Kim, and Mrs. Tamme Kim as our Senior Pastor and first Lady for their time of service to Las Vegas Family Church. Dr. Ki Hoon Kim as a treasured

member of our community will be transitioning to a senior advisor, and continue to serve as the President of CheonShimWon USA.

Dr. Andrew Compton will be serving in the role as the Senior Pastor, and Pastor Resfred Arthur will be serving as the Lead Pastor of the Las Vegas Family Church, gratefully inheriting the foundation of all the former leadership in this beloved city.

In commemoration, we will having a Special Sunday Service with a dynamic opening, testimonies, award presentations, and a catered Korean lunch for all! Come for a time of Worship, Fellowship, and Service to our Heavenly Parent and to each other!

In case you haven’t heard, this years In Person 24+ Singles Retreat is right around the corner!

This will be the only in person Retreat of the year and it will be held on September 18-21 in the beautiful YMCA Trout Lodge in Missouri. Every year we have around 80 participants which is a great way to meet others organically, unplug from everyday life while enjoying a lot of great activities. We hope to see you there!

Young Mothers in our community are launching a new monthly event titled “Play and Pray” for moms (and dads) together with their children. This is event is guest friendly. This will offer a place where moms can talk and connect with each other while enjoying some treats. There will be kids activities and toys. 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. - New Hope Foundation (5241 Schirlls St, 89118) - Litter removal - @ Eriko-san

8:30 - 10:30 a.m. - Ahern Orchard (700 Clarkway Drive, 89106) - Fruit harvesting - Jeff

Each location will have a point person who will be leading the group. For those who will be volunteering outside with Ahern Orchard or New Hope Foundation, please bring water, closed-toe shoes, and sun protection (hat, sunscreen). For all locations, be sure to arrive a few minutes early as we will have a large number of volunteers. The location for the cleanup with New Hope Foundation will be announced later.

After the service projects, lunch will be dependent by each location at some fast food location. Please bring your own spending money.
