May our Heavenly Parent and True Parents love and guidance be with you always. Thank you all for your sincerity in preparing for the CheonBo Won.
As you may know, the CheonBo Won Induction is scheduled for October 10 of this year. To help support all of our Tribal Messiahs in their application process, there are some key points to keep in mind including application deadlines and requirements, which are outlined in an official memo from IHQ, the CheonBov.org website, and the CheonBov manual.
● Deadline to create a CheonBov account is Jul 24, 2021 a. The CheonBov website is now available for use. All CheonBo applicants must create their accounts by July 24. b. Please note that all past accounts on CheonBov.org have been removed due to website updates and all candidates must create new accounts. i. If you have any previous forms that you uploaded that are now lost, please email us at evangelism@unification.org and we can resend you those forms. ii. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, we will do our best to help retrieve this information. c. For guidance on creating an account, please refer to section 3, ‘Candidate Website Account Registration,’ in the 2021 CheongBo Evaluation Website Manual attached below.
● Deadline for CheonBo Won Application is Aug 10, 2021 a. You must upload all your forms onto the CheonBov website and request a review before August 10.
● Requirements for CheonBo Won Application are provided below a. Completion of Horizontal 430 i. Completed name lists must be reported through the tribenet.co website. ii. Once approved, applicants will be emailed a certificate of completion which can then be uploaded onto the CheonBov website iii. North American Tribe standards are as follows 1. At least 50% must be from North America 2. Up to 30% can be sponsored Blessings a. Note: After October 10, 2021, Sponsored Blessings will no longer count towards one’s Horizontal 430

3. Up to 380 can be inherited from spiritual or Physical children 4. Up to 185 can be from 90s Blessings b. Completion of Vertical 430 i. Once completed, applicants can access their Certificates of Completion through the CheonBo Training Center site which can then be uploaded onto the CheonBov website. Click here for more information. ii. Note: North America will not be accepting Completion of Ancestor Liberations. We will only be accepting Completion of Ancestor Blessings c. Completion of Blessing Donations i. Blessing Donations can be made through the tribenet.co website. ii. Once received, applicants will be emailed a certificate of completion which can then be uploaded onto the CheonBov website. iii. NOTE: North America will not be accepting Forms of Agreement to offer the Blessing Donation. We will only be accepting Certificates of Completion. d. Completion of Life of Faith interview i. Applicants can receive a Life of Faith interview from a trained pastor. 1. Please contact your local HTM Coordinator or email us at evangelism@unification.org ii. Once received and approved, Pastors will approve the applicants on the CheonBov website.
● Deadline for late applications is Sep 7, 2021 a. For couples who are unable to complete CheonBo Won Applications by August 10, there is an additional application period ending on September 7, 2021. b. However, couples who apply after August 10 will not receive their CheonBo robes and awards until after the October 10 Induction due to shipment schedules.
We are committed to helping each family to enter into the CheonBo Won. As there are a wide variety of cases and it is a complex process, we are fully invested in making this journey as simple as possible. Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please work closely with your local HTM Coordinator or contact us at evangelism@unification.org.
We will also have a special Tribe Call on July 27 to go into the CheonBo process in depth. We look forward to seeing you all there.

May the love and blessings of Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with you always. The evaluation for the 2021 CheonBo Induction will be conducted as stated below. Please refer to the guidelines and cooperate to ensure that the evaluation process is carried out within the given time period.
1. Overview of the Evaluation Process A. Target Participants 1) CheonBo candidates that can create an account on the CheonBo evaluation website (https://cheonbov.org/) by July 25, 2021, and 2) then submit all supporting documents for evaluation in the five main areas of evaluation within the given period of application for evaluation. B. Method of Evaluation 1) Evaluation through the CheonBo Won registration evaluation website 2) Since all past accounts will become invalid due to structural reorganization, all candidates, administration personnel and evaluation committee members must create a new account. C. A. The passing score in the evaluation is a total of at least 85 points. B. Evaluation Criteria and Documentary Evidence １) Ancestor Blessing: A) The Certificate of Completion of 8 lines of 430 generations of ancestor blessing issued by the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center, or B) The Completion Record of 430 generations of Ancestor Blessing/Ancestor Liberation issued by the HJ Heaven and Earth CheonBo Training Center ２) Tribal Blessing: Certificate of Completion issued by the Regional Headquarters A) The minimum criterion is completing the Blessing of at least 430 married couples and/or single Blessing candidates through the three generations of one’s spiritual tribe. B) If someone brings 43 single Blessing candidates to receive the Blessing, he or she will be considered to have completed horizontal Heavenly Tribal Messiahship. C) Regulations on the recognition of Blessing activities in countries where the candidate is not resident: (1) The results of Blessing activities conducted in other countries before the announcement of the official international regulations on Heavenly Tribal Messiah mission (June 29, 2018), indicated in the FFWPU Official Memo 2018-144, are recognized. (2) The recognition of Blessing activities conducted in other countries within the period after the announcement of official international regulations on Heavenly Tribal Messiah mission (June 29, 2018) indicated in the FFWPU Official Memo 2018-144, and October
31, 2019, are decided according to the regulations of the relevant Regional Headquarters. (3) Blessing activities conducted in other countries on or after November 1, 2019, are not recognized. (4) Blessing activities conducted in other countries by national messiahs in their mission country and overseas blessing activities conducted by IHQ authorized missionaries in their mission country during their public mission period are all recognized regardless of the time restrictions stated above. ３) Tribal Blessing Donation of gratitude A) Offer the donation of gratitude to the appropriate Regional Headquarters and submit the Certificate of Confirmation issued by the Regional Headquarters as documentary evidence. B) If a candidate has completed the Blessing of 430 generations of ancestors yet is unable to complete the donation of gratitude by the date of the CheonBo application, the candidate may submit a form by which he or she promises to offer the HTM Blessing donation at a later date. ４) Candidate’s life of faith Applying a point system, the candidate’s church leader assesses the candidate couple’s Sunday service attendance and church donation history according to that Region’s standards and guidelines for members’ life of faith. ５) Special awards By the date of the CheonBo application and in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set in each Region, the candidate couple must upload, as documentary evidence, a photograph or scan of any awards (or certificates) received from their country’s national leader or from True Parents.

A. Adherence to the Evaluation Schedule １) Please adhere to the schedule for creating a website account: All candidates applying for 2021 CheonBo evaluation, church leaders, evaluation committee members, and administration personnel must create a website account in the evaluation website between July 16 and 25 using a new account ID. It is not possible to create a new account after the designated period. ２) Administrative personnel approve website accounts of church leaders, evaluation committee members and lower-level administrative personnel between July 16 and 25. Please refer to the attached manual for account approval procedures.
３) A final evaluation will be conducted for candidates that have completed the 2nd level evaluation by August 18 (Korean time). If the candidate passes this final evaluation, the CheonBo Award Box will be delivered prior to the registration (induction) ceremony. ４) An additional final evaluation will be conducted for candidates that could not complete the 2nd level evaluation by August 18 (Korean time) yet completes the 2nd level evaluation by September 15 (Korean time). If the candidate passes this additional final evaluation, the CheonBo Award Box will be delivered, but will arrive after the registration (induction) ceremony. ５) We regret that if the candidate fails to stay within the above evaluation schedule, he or she will not be permitted to apply for CheonBo evaluation.

4. Administrative Details of the Evaluation: (For more detailed information, please refer to the guidebook that will be made available later.)
A. CheonBo Candidates １) Creation of a website account A) Create account as “CheonBo Candidate” on the CheonBo evaluation website. B) Fill in personal information: The information recorded on the website will be used to produce the candidate’s CheonBo Plaque and CheonBo Card. C) Enter chest measurement and height (in centimeters) so that your CheonBo Holy Robe will be the right size. - The CheonBo Holy Robe will be made according to the measurements input in the website by July 25. CheonBo Robe measurements cannot be changed after July 25. D) Uploading of CheonBo couple photo - When creating the website account, it is permitted to temporarily upload a photograph you have taken with your phone camera. However, the photograph must be updated according to the designated standards by August 10. The uploaded photograph will be used for the CheonBo Won exhibition and CheonBo Card. - Please refer to the photo specifications guidelines on the website when creating your website account.
２) Applying for CheonBo evaluation: After you upload the supporting documents for the five main areas of evaluation based on the evaluation page menu, click “Request Evaluation.”
B. Personnel-in-Charge of Administration １) Select evaluation committee members and staff members for administration for each level of the evaluation. ２) Submit the name list of members of the evaluation committee for each level of evaluation. A) Deadline: July 26, 2021 B) Method of reporting: (1) The administrative staff member for each region’s evaluation committee is asked to create a name list of all their evaluation committee members using the attached form: “List of Cheonbo Evaluation Committee Members by Region” and submit the list by email to FFWPU IHQ Blessed Family Department 1. (2) For Heavenly Korea, the administrative staff member for each subregional evaluation committee is to also fill in and report the name list based on the attached form: “List of Cheonbo Evaluation Committee Members by Subregion.” C) Email: ffwpuihqcb@gmail.com ３) Website account: Create account as “Manager” on the CheonBo evaluation website. ４) Account approval: Approve accounts of evaluation committee members, church leaders and other administrative staff in the “Management Menu” of the website. ５) Provide support to CheonBo candidates in the issuance of documentary evidence for the five main areas of evaluation.
C. Church Leader １) Website account A) Church leaders of churches with CheonBo candidates create a website account. B) Create account as “Manager” on the CheonBo evaluation website. ２) Church leader evaluation A) Review the documentary evidence for the five main areas of evaluation of the CheonBo candidates. B) Click on the “Church Leader’s Recommendation Registration” button.
D. Evaluation Committee １) Structuring of Evaluation Committee and Creating a Website Account: Create account as “Evaluation committee member” on the CheonBo evaluation website. ２) Evaluation A) Review the five main areas of evaluation.
