You're invited to the Congregational Development Course

Join Dr. Luonne Rouse in our upcoming five-week course on Congregational Development.

Equipping your congregation to serve and invest in your community multiplies what you can achieve. You are most successful when you enable others to lead and serve. This is also how your community grows spiritually and how local congregations develop their own potential both for the nurturing of their members and for their mission to and in the community. One of the main ministerial tasks is to help members identify their gifts, and to organize the life and work of the church so that members can exercise those gifts.

Congregational Development

 Gain tools to assess the capacities and needs of your congregation and community.

 Understand your role as a servant leader.

 Explore different models and strategies.

Class Details:

Dr. Luonne Rouse will offer two classes: the first beginning on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, and the second beginning on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.

 The course fee for Congregational Development is $165, plus a $25 registration fee.

 Tuesday classes are between 1:00 and 3:00 pm (ET).

 Wednesday classes are between 7:00 and 9:00 pm (ET).
