Pastor’s Weekly Greeting Dear Brothers & Sisters,
We were blessed to have Dr Balcomb give the sermon this past Sunday at East Garden. He read some wonderful quotes and shared, with great honesty, several personal testimonies with True Father. I urge you to view it if you were not there (see the link above). Responsibility really is a gift – and the more I realize that, the more I am motivated not to lose or waste that gift, but to take full advantage of it.
This coming Sunday Dr Ki Hoon Kim will be speaking at 43rd Street.
And please take note, that True Mother will most likely be coming to America for the grand opening of the International Peace Education Center in Las Vegas (May 31). That will be the 1000th day since True Father’s Seong Hwa ceremony (a significant milestone in the Korean tradition). It will be a great place to be, if you can make it.
About the schedule for Sunday service: this Sunday Susan Bouachri will be speaking, the following
Sunday is Easter (April 5). After the Easter service there will be lunch and an Easter Egg hunt for families with young kids at the White House (See the announcement below)
Finally, if you can make it, Saturday, March 28, our community has been invited to attend a dance party organized by a Filipino group (they gave a lot of support for our recent dance/fundraiser for our youth ministry). This can be a good way to make friendships and, in the future, to share our faith. (see Announcements for details).

Humor for the Week Diet Tips A few friends and I were discussing diet tips.
When it was mentioned that getting enough exercise and sleep were just as important as watching food intake, someone responded with surprise that sleep was a factor.
Another replied: “Of course sleep has a lot to do with dieting. The only time I’m not eating is when I’m sleeping!”

WestRock Council Meeting: Saturday, March 28. 8:00 am (it is open for all to attend) Easter Egg Hunt and Lunch at the White House: Your children, ages 2 to 6, are invited to an exciting afternoon at the White House on Sunday, April 5 at 12 noon, just after Sunday Service. They can color eggs, play games, share lunch (mommy and daddy too) and hunt for Easter Eggs! Games, Prizes, Fun for all! ($5 donation per person (no fee for babies).

Prayer Rev Esteban Galvan, our church leader in the Bronx is fighting to recover his strength after going through a serious illness.

Jiau-Lan Weinstein – is fighting Lung Cancer. Her condition has grown worse.
