NY DISTRICT  Foundation Day Blessing Ceremony: Will take place at 43rd Street (by invitation only). You can view the event by live broadcast in your local churches  Nationwide Witnessing Campaign at 43rd Street, Dates: May 3 – 24.

I am sorry this week’s newsletter is coming so late, I had difficulty downloading the sermon.

I pray that you are well. As you know, this Monday night will be the beginning of Foundation Day in Korea. I encourage everyone to watch through the internet. A Blessing Ceremony will be taking place at 43rd Street (by invitation only). Otherwise, please contact your local pastor for viewing by internet.

The national witnessing/outreach campaign which started in Las Vegas, and then in Hawaii, is now in full swing in Dallas, Texas. We are planning to host the event here in New York, for 3 weeks in May (May 3-24). Please mark your calendars, and let’s prepare ourselves with prayer – for an exciting, heart uplifting, spiritual world supporting, life transforming experience! I will let you know the details in the coming weeks.

I know it has been a long winter. It seems like forever since I have seen the ground underneath all of that cold white stuff. But it is there, and we will soon be welcoming spring and witnessing the incredible power of life!

Let’s have a great Foundation Day celebration, let’s rejoice in the blessing of marriage of all the

new couples, and let’s renew our determination to make this year a great year for Heaven!

 Il Shim Parents Meeting: The annual Il Shim program for 8th graders will begin soon. This important program is an introduction to living a life of faith and creating a relationship with our Heavenly Parent. The program is held during Up and Coming, at Belvedere, every Saturday from 4 to 6 pm, from Mid-March to early June. An important part of the program is the creation of Small Groups which meet during the week to study Divine Principle content. Il Shim Director Susan Bouachri, will meet with parents of 8th graders at two information sessions, to share the schedule and help organize small groups: For WestRock and Orange County families- meet at Belvedere, following WestRock Sunday Service on March 8th.  Foundation Day and Blessing: We will be showing the broadcast from Korea at Belvedere – Monday, March 2, starting at 8 pm.

 Youth Ministry Fundraiser; Dinner Dance Party: Saturday March 14 (6 – 11pm). Food, Dance, entertainment, games, and raffle prizes! If you can’t attend, please support our Youth Ministry by purchasing raffle tickets. 1st Prize is $500 cash and there are other great prizes. (Tickets are $5, but you can get 15 for $40) Outreach
