I pray that you are keeping safe and warm through the storm!
I think of this kind of weather as God giving me special time to reflect, to pray, to go over important things with my spouse and to do things I might not otherwise do. It is also a good time for writing letters to my family members and contacts (i.e. do some Tribal Messiah” work that’s hard to find time for with my usual daily schedule).

Blessing Travel Grant: True Mother has encouraged couples to make every effort to attend the main Blessing Ceremony in Korea. To make the trip more affordable the National BFM will be offering a special Korea Travel Grant. Check the national BFM website for more information at bfm@familyfed.org
Developing a Committee for Our Local Blessing: WestRock is planning to have a local celebration for our couples who are getting Blessed. Humor for the Week Snowed In Ole and Lena were sitting down to their usual cup of morning coffee, listening to the weather report coming over the radio. “There will be 3 to 5 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the odd numbered side of the streets.” Ole got up from his coffee and replies “Jeez, OK.”
Two days later, again they are both sitting down with their cups of morning coffee and the weather forecast is, “There will be 2 to 4 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the even numbered side of the streets.” Ole got up from his coffee and replies, “Jeez, OK.”
Three days later, they both are once again sitting down with their cups of coffee and the weather forecast is, “There will be 6 to 8 inches of snow today and a snow emergency has been declared. You must park your cars on the…” and then the power went out and Ole didn’t get the rest of the instructions. He says to Lena, “Jeez, what am I going to do now, Lena?” Lena replies, “Aw, Ole, just leave the car in the garage.”

Nari Miller successfully received her first infusions of chemotherapy and immunotherapy! She is fighting stage 4 terminal breast cancer. Please pray for her strength and health. She has 2 young children and is now living in Princeton, NJ. Her chemo treatment begins Monday, 1/19/15 Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/supportfornarihanmiller/ has more information.
Jiau-Lan Weinstein – is fighting Lung Cancer. Her condition has grown worse. Ken Weinstein would like to send his daughter to visit her mother in Taiwan. If you would like to donate to help, he has a go-fund me account on his Facebook page.
