I believe this will give greater stability to our movement, it will encourage participation in our communities, it will provide oversight (in case someone starts going off track), and it will help with the expansion and growth of our movement. I am asking each local church to present the Charter to its members – so you should be getting a copy soon.

Early Tuesday morning I drove 6 members of the clergy to Philadelphia to catch a plane to Las Vegas where the ACLC Convocation is taking place. Let’s pray for their rebirth in the love and truth of our True Parents and Heavenly Parent! (Especially Archbishop Moses de la Rosa and Rev Dorcelly who came from WestRock)

Finally – I hope to see you on Saturday at the New Yorker for Rev Kim’s speech and on Sunday (3:30 pm) at the Jewish Community Center where we will be holding our Intercultural Pot Luck program. Please bring a food dish and something (a piece of clothing if possible) from your cultural background.

Light Thought for the Day:

Turbulence Flying through the Midwest in the summer means one thing: turbulence.

I was working as a flight attendant on one particular flight when we hit a patch of very rough air just after a young teen on his first flight, had entered the bathroom. After the bumps had subsided, he exited the bathroom, a look of sheer terror etched on his face.

“Are you all right?” I asked. “Don’t worry, that turbulence was as bad as it gets.”

“So that’s what it was,” he said. “I thought I’d pushed the wrong button.”

 I’m looking for volunteers, 20+ people and 4 animals to participate in free energy healing sessions. This is for my certification in the Emotion Code system. Emotion Code/ Body Code systems was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This natural healing system is the way to find underlayment for, or what is contributing to sickness/illness and remove it.  Grace Elliot: she is in a nursing home. Her condition has been growing worse. She is at a point where they have done all they can do medically for her. Now she needs our loving prayers to give her spiritual support and protection.

 Laura Nabetani: she is fighting a pneumonia infection that is resistant to drugs and is now in the White Plains hospital.

 Angel Shimazaki: a heavy ladder fell on her at the school where she works. It damaged her neck and she is experiencing numbness in her arms and face. They want to do surgery, but she is not sure if that is what is best and is hoping to be healed with the help of physical therapy. Also she cannot go to work now - so I am sure she would love to get a phone call or a visit.

 Please also continue to pray for Jiau-Lan Weinstein. She continues to fight cancer.
