56th East European 15 Day Workshop Dunajska Luzna, Slovakia, 30th June – 15th July 2013

“I come before you today and there is one thing that I want to say, ‘Thank you Lord’ For all You’ve given to me, for all the blessings that I cannot see, Thank You Lord. For what You’ve done in my life; you took my darkness and gave me Your light, Thank you Lord. You took my sin and my shame; You took my sickness and healed all my pain, Thank you Lord.“

Inspired by our WS song, we stood daily in the presence of God and True Parents. And on that Holy Ground what else can we do but shed tears, numerous tears of repentance, gratitude, love and commitment. We, WS participants and staff from Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland, want to express our deep gratitude for the way beloved Heaven cared for each one of us, helped us create a place of trust, and answered our questions, during the 15 day WS held in Dunajska Luzna, SK, June 30 to July 15 2013. We could clearly observe the course we have to walk on the way out of hell till we live in attendance to the Living God and our True Parents of Heaven, Earth and humankind. We took time to examine on which level we stand each day, in different situations. Have I been focusing on making offerings of faith and substance or how have I allowed my fallen self to take over? We were touched by the love that our True Mother has for the Word, and we could accept that the clear step out of the hell of our negative emotions (anger, resentment, complaint, and the needs that our body makes on our soul) are through studying and obeying the Word that God and our Father revealed to mankind out their deep love for their suffering children. The weather was a gift from heaven- mostly sunny, breezy and cool enough to sit peacefully in class. From the kitchen came delicious food prepared with love and prayers by our devoted sisters. On the challenge day –which started before dawn- we could walk some of the course in the desert and return to the WS center totally exhausted but grateful for a day of action, heart to heart bonding, and going beyond some limits.

On top of the growth stage, as expected, we were immersed in a spiritual battle. We thank God, True Father, and Jesus for their help in securing the victory through their presence and guidance as we studied about repentance, as we –with sincere hearts- wrote our letter of apology, and participated in the ceremony of repentance around the fire. The realm of totally offering oneself led by the ministry of Cheong Pyeong guided us during the last two days through the course of Father and Mother. Before putting our offering on the altar we still needed to face our own angels as Jacob did. “That path that you have walked alone, I will also follow. For you I will offer my life; Father please, send me. Even if this world hates me I will keep on loving. The cross that saved this world I will follow also. Sacrificing your life, You have loved me Lord. Please accept me, a small offering; I will love too. ” We often discussed the need that Heavenly Parent and True Parents have for us to take on the mantle of Tribal Messiahship. We analyzed the reality of the course; we understood that in order to accept it, it is essential that through foundation of faith and substance we raise our spirit to the level where we receive True Parents and the mission, and then we daily live in attendance to Heaven. On the level of attendance we could feel our True Father’s most intense love of gratitude towards our True Mother for her life offering. We thank God for speaking through our teachers Igor Koromhaz –NL of SK- Tibor Krebsz –NL of HU-, our guest teacher Peter Zoehrer- NM/NL of Austria and Beatrice Clyburn- NM of PL-. We thank God for sending some open- hearted sons and daughters that long for Him/Her. We returned to our life mission with clarified understanding of how to walk the course, and after receiving forgiveness and love, with more strength to go that way; this included a special pledge towards our upcoming offering through the 2014 15 day WS. “You have been given the privilege of loving God” our Father Report submitted by Beatrice Clyburn.
