May the Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ blessings and love be with you all. In February 1999, True Parents said, “Let the children who were born as 2nd, 3rd generation of blessed families and who ascended without receiving the blessing grow, and let them receive the Blessing Ceremony.” Also, True Parents said in 2016 April, “Hold a Blessing Ceremony for unmarried spirits every 3 years in Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, and the matching should be done by President Ki Seong Lee.” So following these directions, Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center will be holding the ‘Blessing Ceremony for Ascended Blessed 2nd, 3rd Generation Children Unmarried Spirits’ as written below. We hope the families who have eligible 2nd, 3rd generation children who ascended can apply within the designated period.

Please note that this official memo is intended for members living outside of Korea and Japan.

1. Date and time: December 16 (Saturday) 15:00 ~ December 17 (Sunday) noon

2. Program December 16 (Saturday) December 17 (Sunday) 10:00 Registration 10:00 Blessing Ceremony for Ascended 15:00 Opening Ceremony Blessed 2nd, 3rd Generation Children - Announcement of Matches Unmarried Spirits Content - Time to introduce and get to know the (Held together with the Ancestor Blessing other family Ceremony) 18:20 Participate in the HyoJeong Cheongpyeong 2-day Workshop 12:00 End l Please register before 14:30 on December 16 (Saturday) so you can be in time for the Opening Ceremony starting at 15:00

3. Eligible Candidates: Matching Candidates Blessing Participants nd rd Ascended 2 , 3 generation blessed The parents who submitted the matching children who satisfy both A and B below. application form before October 30 and A. One set of Holy Robes for the ascended child (adult size) 2 Holy Robes 2. Holy Robes for the Parents (Parents attend the Blessing Ceremony wearing the Holy Robes) One blessing ring for the ascended child (The parent’s blessing ring can be 3 Blessing Ring used, but if you would like to buy a new ring, please contact the training center store in advance. +82-31-589-7066) The photo of the ascended child, etc. (It is nice if you have photographs during the time of introduction & greeting of both families) It is understandable that 4 Family Photo you might not be able to prepare photographs if the child ascended right after birth and there are none.

5. How to apply for the matching: Please send the matching application form for the ‘Blessing Ceremony for Ascended Blessed 2nd, 3rd Generation Children Unmarried Spirits’ to Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center by email.

A. Email address: cpintl2013@gmail.com B. Application deadline: October 30, 2017 C. If your child is matched, Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center will contact you individually, and you will then receive the “Blessing Application Form.” D. The blessing donation should be offered at the time of registration on December 16, 2017.

6. In the case that you applied for the matching but your child was not matched A. Presently, the number of sisters who ascended to the spirit world is much less than the number of brothers. Knowing this situation, on August 5, 2017 True Mother said that among the ascended 2nd, 3rd generation brothers, “should the parents wish, they are able to receive the blessing with a first generation single sister spirit from a Previously Married Blessed Couple / Single Blessing / Spirit World and Physical World Blessed Couple.” In this case, it will also be considered a “2nd generation couple.” Therefore, in the case that your child is

not matched to another 2nd generation, and you wish your child to be matched to a first generation single sister spirit, please mark the box “Possible to be blessed with a first generations single spirit.” If you do not mark this box, it is possible to participate in the blessing ceremony 3 years later. B. 7. Points to Consider A. Basically, the parents who applied for the liberation of the 2nd, 3rd generation should apply for the matching and participate in the blessing ceremony. In the inevitable case that the parents cannot participate, a family member over 18 years of age or a leader in the church can participate on their behalf. B. Also, in the case the parents of the ascended 2nd, 3rd generation also ascended, and the parents cannot apply for the matching, it is possible for a member who can be responsible for the spirit to apply and bless the child on behalf of the parents. C. The information about the family of the person your child has been matched to will only be given at the “Announcement of Matches.” After the match has been made (after sending the Matching Application Form) it is not possible to cancel for any reason. Please consult with your family members well before applying so that it can be a great blessing for all.
