May the love and blessings of Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with all mission nations. Following their victorious “Peace Starts with Me” Interfaith Celebration at Madison Square Garden on July 15, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind held a special gathering of Special Emissaries and Regional Presidents on July 17. During the gathering, True Parents gave directives about the restructuring of regions and the reassignment of personnel to help realize VISION 2020 and the firm establishment of Cheon Il Guk. In accordance with True Parents’ directives, International Headquarters would like to announce the following restructuring of regions and reassignment of personnel. All changes are retroactively effective from July 17, 2017.
1. Restructuring of Regions: Restructuring aimed at comprehensive management centered on ‘Witnessing,’ ‘Creating Environments for Witnessing,’ and ‘Raising Future Leaders’ A. The existing 13 Regions are restructured into 7 Regional Groups and 16 affiliated Regions 1) Korea 2) Japan 3) North America a. North America Region 1 (USA), North America Region 2 (Canada) 4) Asia a. Asia Region, Greater China Region, Oceania Region, Central Asia Region b. Note: Central Asia Region is a new Region composed of former North East Region nations (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia) and Nepal 5) Europe a. Northern Europe Region, Western Europe Region, Southern Europe Region, Central Europe Region, Eastern Europe Region (Eurasia), and Middle East Region b. Afghanistan and Pakistan (part of the Islamic Cultural realm) are added to the Middle East Region 6) Africa 7) Latin America

B. All leaders are asked to ensure proper handovers are executed so that the 5th Anniversary of True Father’s Ascension and the 2017 Cosmic Blessing Ceremony are victoriously held.
