May the Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ blessings and love be with you all. We humbly request the regions and nations to make all necessary preparations with regard to the blessing fees and administrative matters for the 2017 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony Officiated by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, as outlined below.

1. Official name of Blessing Ceremony: 2017 Hyojeong Cosmic Blessing Ceremony Officiated by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind

2. Blessing fees (excluding Korea and Japan) A. Brides and grooms 1) Blessing participants: 1st and 2nd generation matched single members, plus married couples, who will attend the main ceremony in Korea 2) Blessing fees (per person) a. North America, Western Europe, Greater China, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: US$600 b. Central America, South America, Eastern Europe, Northeast, Asia, and Middle East regions: US$200 c. East Africa, West Africa, and Oceania regions (except for Australia and New Zealand): US$100 B. Guests and other participants (per person) 1) Target: Those who attend the ceremony in Korea and stay at the accommodations with the brides and grooms 2) Charge for attending the official schedule in Korea, including accommodations and meals (September 5 to 8, 2017): US$300 3) Additional cost to stay, per day, in addition to the officially scheduled days: US$50

3. Accommodation for international participants A. Residence: Kensington Resort in Cheongpyeong www.kensingtonresort.co.kr B. Address: 430 Cheong-goon-ro, Sang-myun, Gapyeong-goon, Gyeonggi-do 477-821 C. Participants: International participants (outside Korea and Japan) D. Transportation: There will be a shuttle bus service between Incheon International Airport and the accommodations on September 5 and 6.

4. Blessing Preparations A. Attire 1) Men: Dark navy blue suit, white shirt 2) Women: Wedding dress, white shoes B. Wedding accessories (these will be distributed at the accommodations) 1) Men: white gloves, bow tie, handkerchief 2) Women: bridal veil, bouquet, white gloves C. Wedding rings and wedding dresses: more details will be given later

5. Reporting of participants` number A. Content to report 1) Numbers of brides and grooms, guests, blessing staff, and their flight schedules 2) Numbers of brides who wish to have their hair done (US$40 per person) B. Method of reporting 1) Please report to the International Headquarters Blessed Family Department using the form which will be provided at a later date by International Headquarters 2) Please report to the International Headquarters Blessed Family Department using the email provided and by the deadlines indicated below.
