May Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ blessings and love be with you all. We would like to announce details of changes made with regard to official memo 2016-45 “Guidance on the Special Grace Bestowed through the Four Great Items of Cheon Il Guk and Holy Wine Ceremony,” and details of the Registration Blessing Ceremony to be held next year.

1. Extension of the Special Grace Period through the “Bestowal of the Four Great Items of Cheon Il Guk and Holy Wine Ceremony” In the original memo it was expressed that the grace period would extend until the Blessing Ceremony at the 4th Anniversary of Foundation Day. However, as was previously announced, the Blessing Ceremony has been rescheduled to coincide with the 5th anniversary of True Father’s ascension. That being the case, the grace period has now been extended until the Blessing Ceremony at the 5th Anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa in September 2017.

2. Deadline to Submit Reports on the Results of the Bestowal of the Four Great Items and the Holy Wine Ceremony Changed These deadlines have been extended since they were announced in the memo mentioned above. They are now decided as follows: A. 2nd round: 2.1 by the heavenly calendar in the 5th year of Cheon Il Guk (February 26, 2017) B. 3rd round: 8.1 by the heavenly calendar in the 5th year of Cheon Il Guk (September 20, 2017)

3. Details of the “Cheon Il Guk Foundation Day Registration Blessing Ceremony” A. Date: The Blessing Ceremony will be held during the period marking the 5th anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa B. Administrative details: To be shared through another official memo to be sent soon
