Trne Parents successftdly dedicated the festival to commemorate the fourth aruliversaiy of True Father’s U1liversal Seonghwa under the theme, “Let us become the light of the world through a filial heart for Heaven.” In order to inherit this foundation, leaders from Korea, tlte father nation, and Japan, the mother nation, gathered together for the “Korean and Japanese Cheon II Guk Leaders’ Kick-Off Ceremony of Harmony and Unity to Ful fill Vision 2020,” presided over by the True Parents of Heaven, Eruthand Humankind, on 9.6 by the heavenly calendar (October 6, 2016). To join this initiative made by Korea and Japan, blessed families are called to attend a kick- off ceremony to be conducted in tl1eir respective areas, and in tlte special devotion and activity period tmtil tl1e fourth aruliversaiy of Foundation Day, for tl1e fulfillment of Vision 2020--and thereby to become lights of the world. Let us all join in offering our utmost devotion and become one wider our True Parents.

l. Purpose of the I 00-day activity devotion and kick-off ceremony A. To establish the eternal tradition of faith of the Unification Movement - the tradition of absolute faith, absolute Jove and absolute obedience - centered on True Parents. B. To complete the heavenly calling of national restoration tltrough Vision 2020 for the firm settlement of Cheon II Guk C. To establish U1e fotntdation for world salvation through tlte support provided to the Vision 2020 Key Strategic Nations D. To form the foundation for the tinn settlement of Cheon II Guk through the special activities offered until the fomth anniversaiy of Foundation Day ru1d the s uccessful completion oftl1e second-half course of Vision 2020.

E. To establish a tradition of the culture ofheait centered on Hyo Jeong (heart of filial piety) ‘* Regions and nations may add other essential goals unique to their circtunstances, to t11ose mentioned above.

Find wi1nessing targets and blessing candidates through heavenly tribal messiah activities C. Create a foundation of devotion for the special activities (Bowing, fasting, donations, etc.) ‘* Regions and natiorn may add otlter metltods of conductilig tltis special period of devotion and activities.

We have attached Ute program, and the message Tnie Mot11er gave at the «Korean and Japanese Cheon II Gui< Leaders’ Kick-Off Ceremony of Hannony and Unity to Fulfill Vision 2020” on 9.6 by Ute heavenly calendar (Oct. 6). Please refer to them and create a kick-off ceremony program tltat fits wit11 t11e circwnstances of your nation or region. B. Please endeavor to gather all members, if possible, for Ute Kick-Off Ceremony. (The kick·off ceremony can be conducted in advance, on Ute last Sunday of October, 2016) C. We would like to ask each regional headquarters to report the resul t of the kick-off ceremony conducted in each nation to Ute International Headquarters. D.
