Being Called - Returning Resurrection Nick Bikkal St Paul the Apostle said in Romans1 For those God foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified.

In the Divine Principle we read2: ‘Spirits can neither grow nor be resurrected apart from a physical self. Consequently, the spirits of people who died before they could reach perfection during their earthly life can be resurrected only by returning to earth and completing their unaccomplished responsibility through cooperation with earthly people. By assisting people of faith living on the earth to fulfill their missions, the spirits may complete their missions at the same time. Herein lies the meaning behind the verse which foretold that in the Last Days the Lord will come “with his holy myriads.” We call this process returning resurrection.’

My calling Around 1970 I got my calling ‘but you are different’. I was finishing an evening with high school friends, laughing at some comment when a voice clearly shared the above words with me. It was never repeated, nor was it ever explained. It took me decades to understand that the message was indeed my calling. Father told us to follow our calling, if not, follow our central figure3. A second part of my calling was to learn to think from the heart; this came years later. Around 1978 I had a life changing experience when I saw my heart directly challenge my intellect. It came at a moment when I had to make some decision; it wasn’t a big choice but there was a clear difference in the two paths. I had to follow my heart from then on. It was a very conscious moment. It changed me forever.

I became ‘different’ in a real way; by thinking from the heart I began seeing the world around me in a different way. This could be the root of why many people call me ET; the heart uses different logic. I’ve never met anyone anywhere with a similar experience. Wish I had. Heart grows forever. We need to understand spirit world, and interpret messages, downloads or revelations, according to Principle.

Many people around the world have had a similar calling. They are the John the Baptists Father spoke about.

He answered that all speeches are censored on various levels before ‘officially’ reaching publication, i.e., parts of Father’s messages were cut out.

In this paper I’m treating the theme of callings & returning resurrection, topics rarely spoken about in our Unification Movement today. Within the returning resurrection topic I’ll touch on reincarnation and where it stands vis-à-vis returning resurrection. It’s something Father spoke about in the 1970s & 1980s. Elders have rarely entertained this topic, this in spite of Father’s insisting that each center have at least three spiritual people 4. ‘Whatever Father does, he does for a reason, and you leaders should have figured out the reason’.5

On pg 15 of the Divine Principle6 we read ‘How can we know the divine nature of the invisible God? One way to fathom His deity is by observing the universe which He created’.

The above quote gives us the best method for studying unknown sources, or roots of phenomena we do not see. I’ll talk about the nature of life on earth, suggesting a possible creation theory.

Reincarnation goes by many names today. This is because religion has broken down, and false thinking, along with political & economic thoughts, have advanced. Humanistic, communist, hedonistic, materialistic & other worldly thoughts have permeated what was once a society with ardor for Heaven; and this has given way to erroneous spiritual beliefs.

Early members spirituality & spiritual experiences ‘Father didn’t go out and witness..Instead, spirit world told people to come to the center. ..This became a tradition’7. Father worked harder than spirit world. Once you truly connect, you don’t have to be there all the time supervising, telling members what to do. As long as the tradition is maintained in your country, providential church activities will be carried out automatically’.8

In their biographies, both Father9 & Mother10 write about how spiritually open people were called to participate and aide in the providence, many did so even if they were not always successfully. It was as in the time of Jesus, as we read in the Bible. It doesn’t happen today only because our priorities are not heart, but money, education, position, recognition, etc. In a simpler world in which people knew suffering, a deeper connection to Heavenly Parent & His Heart was easier to maintain, and spiritual experiences were common. go way back in history. We can surmise that there were also people called long ago by the fact that in the Holy Books such as in the Bible, there is restoration history. Who could encode these principles since only our True Parents today could decipher them?

Many are called I’d like to start by saying that if restoration history goes back hundreds of millions of years, then Heavenly Parent has had children for a very long time. This was an early concern of mine, why did Heavenly Parent wait so long after the start of creation to make His children? He didn’t. They are humans we haven’t acknowledged; humans that don’t neatly fit into biblical history, which goes back a mere 6,000 years ago. Today they’re known as extraterrestrials, in pre-biblical history they were known as Anunnaki / Nephilim. According to their writings, they go back some 450,000 years. That’s just the written history we know.

In the early 1980s True Parents asked The News World to publish a weekly supplement, ‘UFOs and Other Cosmic Phenomena’. Through The News World True Parents were giving the world a hint of cosmic existence. True Parents also commissioned the creation of what is dubbed the ‘spirit world machine’; a device to communicate with departed spirits.

Their history tells of wars. Science keeps unearthing potential past history evidence on other planets, seemingly destroyed by nuclear wars. All this are signs that the Fall took place in remote past history. Past humans were not so different from us today on this planet. As a matter of fact, we are as principled or unprincipled as we are today in great part because of their influence.

What was once abominable to society, such as LGBTQ lifestyles, has now become not only acceptable, but mainstream. Their agendas include such projects as teaching elementary school children in public schools the joys and so-called benefits of homosexuality; all this even against parental consent or say. These spiritual beings yearn to grow through True Parents’ blessings. Our battle is against a society that starves our spirits.

We need to do more with spirit world; what True Parents asked us to do is a core aspect of restoration.

Today’s society is filled with spiritually open people. We see a young generation in many ways separating from the materialistic world and being influenced by the spirit world. This phenomenon is partly characterized by use of mind altering drugs, alcohol, caring less for structure or formality. In Japan young people are buying less cars, less homes, not getting married as young as before, etc. They’re shunning responsibility. Life isn’t simple. Our youth and families don’t have a strong supporting community. There’s little family nor heart education. They’re not connecting to True Parents. The outside world is tearing us apart.

The Bible says11: ‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams; even on my male servants and female 11 Acts 2:17-18

servants in those days I will pour out …’. The returning resurrection is the pouring out of spirit on flesh.

Phenomena A phenomenon among people today is that they say they are ’different’; they actually use these words, an echo of my initial call. These young people say they want to ‘go home’ to the distant planet they believe they came from; that they’re uncomfortable on earth. This occurs because they don’t have a clear understanding of Principle; specifically, returning resurrection; so they are misguided by these false reincarnation ideas. The Internet is full of these claims, widely influencing the increasingly many spiritually open minds. They call these revelations downloads.

A parallel series of comments are from a group claiming they’re indigo, crystal or rainbow people; i.e., starseeds. They are purportedly here, from distant galaxies, as a collective group initiating positive change. Some additionally claim they’re hybrids; that one parent is alien, from another star system. This could make me part alien, and peoples’ claim of me being an ET would be justified. I’m not. Other people claim they have hybrid children, i.e., that somehow they procreated with an alien, a memory they don’t recall. They further claim their offspring is/are at a letter date introduced to them. Is this a form of possession or is it true? Does physical evidence exist? We must understand these thoughts through correct study and application of the Principle.

Returning spirits fill earth minds with ‘l’ messages, the source of confusion. Embodied people think the voice coming to them is a memory of their previous life/lives. Principle says there is only one incarnation. A person with a physical body is being influenced by a returning spirit, i.e., returning resurrection. Many world native legends exist of star origins. There exists a lot of ancient time high tech evidence. We should study ethnic cultures. Such unique phenomena as click language & other cultural uniquenesses could have cosmic human roots. Some Extraterrestrials, cosmic siblings are still here. Sumerian history tells a bit of their origins. They claim we humans were genetically engineered. Many of these cosmic beings may be wild but not necessarily evil. They are looking for parents, and specifically True Parents. It’s our challenge to bring them to True Parents.

Another group on earth claims they have been abducted. These abductions, they claim, are furthermore, generational, i.e., descendants also experience this phenomenon. Some claim to have micro-implants in their bodies. These claims occur world wide. Some visitation by UFO / alien cases have been studied and confirmed by respected professionals 12. While I believe this is highly probable, is there a connection to the providence? A common theme communicated to abductees is that we are destroying our environment, our earth, and that we must clean it up. This closely parallels on an external level our True Parents internal mission of restoration.

How do we comprehend all this in Principle terms? The returning Messiah. True Parents today are the spearheads of restoration providence. They are the reason for all returning resurrection, past, present..and future. True Parents are the returning resurrection of Jesus & the Holy Spirit. All other returning spirits are here to support True Parents in the great cosmic Cheon Il Guk creation mission. These spirits have something to offer, such as knowledge & skills they developed while they were in their physical body, so they come down, their idiosyncrasies notwithstanding. As True Mother said recently, nobody gets left behind, so as many as are able to, participate.

The called people say they have a mission, but they don’t know what it is. Father called these ‘prepared people’, John the Baptists. Looking at my life, having been called was just and only that, a call, with no instructions nor explanations ever given. As Father often said, it’s up to us to figure things out13. It’s part of being human. People can’t witness, only spirit world can14. Though Father spoke these words some 40 years ago to leaders, today we all are responsible for them. Our merit today is far above leaders’ then, as is the weight to accomplish restoration. We today are just as, or more responsible for Father’s words.

It must be underscored that these returning spirits are not perfect, nor are they fully principled. There are many LGBTQ among them, as well as others with their own unique habits. Hidden in the imperfections are gifts they can offer Heaven- or Cheon Il Guk-making. They all need to be connected to True Parents. We see among the still embodied people, many who are very talented, gifted & creative. No one gets left behind, True Mother said. It’s because people don’t connect their calling to True Parents that erroneous ideas grow in society. Their calling becomes fruitless. Spirit world is frustrated. They need us. Heavenly Parents need them. Our descendants are left saddled with these missions & responsibilities.

Cosmic siblings If restoration history is hundreds of millions of years old15, we can easily assume the human population of spirit world is in the many trillions, and growing; all needing True Parents. What we are doing today, working with our True Parents on earth, is but a step in a long restoration journey back to Heavenly Parent’s dream. It’s a mind boggling thought. We cannot fathom Heavenly Parent’s destroyed Heart. I wonder if indeed no human ever reached perfection.

An added uniqueness in our tiny grain of sand in cosmic history comes down to the fact that some of us were personally matched & blessed by True Parents. We were called & then chosen to participate in God’s final battles against Satan, headed by True Parents. This is when True Parents lived on the earth, the cosmic spiritual center. We admire & envy

Jesus’s disciples; we’ll be equally & more sought after. We will represent & witness to True Parents to all those trillions of God’s children, past, present & future. Spirit people will listen attentively to the stories we have to tell; they’ll ask many questions including about our performance. What merit can we share? Father hinted in a speech16, ‘in spirit world they will ask you where you’re from, meaning what planet are you from?’.

Since God’s children and restoration go back many hundreds of millions of years, during that time there must have been people who, like now, were given missions. God is not going to make people in their physical bodies repeat an indemnity course to learn something that was learnt at one point in time, but that in the intervening time was lost, for some reason.

God doesn’t micromanage. He works in / through human hearts. The Kingdom of Heaven is made in our image. We say God made things but God always works through His children when He is permitted. Father told us17 in a 1983 speech: people attribute success to their abilities, cutting spirit world & God off.

Father said18 “Do you think that God prepared the table for Adam and Eve and called them to come to eat, or did they do it themselves? So members should do things by themselves”. This is a metaphor telling us that our environment was made by God’s children. Creativity goes back also hundreds of millions of years, to the beginning of human existence. God won’t create things; His children must, including fauna & flora. God’s children made parallel creations, then brought them to earth. Living things are offerings from God’s children to earth, the cosmic center. True Parents thus come for all cosmic siblings, too. Parallel creations may coexist but can’t mix blood / genes. In our high tech world, similar devices from different makers work the same but the parts aren’t interchangeable. Is there a signature of individual extraterrestrial groups in their creation?

Spirit world is coming down and taking responsibility to help in Heavenly Parents’ restoration course. Once Heavenly Parent receives an offering, He’ll honor it & the person making it. Heavenly Parent will have the embodied person be guided to be a returning resurrection, and go through a learning course. They will also give merit to the old returning spirit in True Parents providence19. How many cosmic siblings know of True Parents? Possibly many.

We members must allow spirit world to work with us; so we need to open up. Let’s be guided, but with one foot firmly on the ground, connected to the Principle. Not doing this will be the source of division, persecution and martyrdom. We must liberate spirit world. 19 Divine Principle

Spiritual experiences working with spirit world People need spiritual experiences in great part because they need to understand and interpret them. It’s our mission on earth to be subject to spirit world; it’s the way people grow. It’s part of our 3rd blessing. Once we’re in spirit world without our physical bodies, we lose subjectivity and we depend on people in their physical body.

A short while back I was being told by spirit world that I was a 2 nd gen. Knowing what a 2nd gen meant in our unification culture, and knowing I wasn’t one, I analyzed the message. I’m not illusional. After a while of applying Divine Principle I understood the message, and the voice stopped. Spirit world has its own vocabulary or definition of terms, coming from long usage in spirit world. True Parents redefined terms for restoration purposes. This is a key point in working with spirit world. People with physical bodies need to understand what is going on and guide the spirits. Having a good command of the Principle is all important. I was being told that I was returning resurrection of a spirit, something they call 2 nd gen, and possibly even other terms. Another term I read about was ‘coming out’. Today it’s widely used by LGBTQ meaning they’re proclaiming their homosexuality in public. The original term was used to refer to people who died and are now in spirit world, i.e., they came out of their physical body. It’s a term used by the person now in spirit world.

Imagine, who are the spirit world beings behind people who are ‘different’ from the normal. These spirits may go back hundreds, thousands or even millions of years, when their minds were similar to what we see the host people living today. These are the ‘prepared people’, prepared to be witnessed to. However, since decadence sets in the longer spirit world is not connected to Heavenly Parents, we may see even stranger phenomena in the near future. Since spirit world is looking for love and attention, we can see them as being no different from us here & now. We need to give them that love.

Conclusion This paper has the purpose of opening some doors and introducing God’s other children. Father’s Cosmic Ascension has a purpose far beyond beings we relate to in the Bible & other Holy Texts. We lost connection to our siblings in Heavenly Parents when we excluded them. Out of sight is out of mind. Through some providential missions such as The News World supplement ‘UFOs and Other Cosmic Phenomena’, the creation of the spirit world machine, reading of the Divine Principle, as well as studying ancient history, and acknowledging UFO / UAP phenomena being reported by individuals even as governments deny them, and stories of abductions, being different, being indigo, crystal, rainbow people, and hybrids, we see a very active spirit world that has its purpose to assist our True Parents in restoring all humans, and create Cheon Il Guk.
