Lilith1 according to the Principle Nick Bikkal Fundamentalism, the taking of the Bible and holy books literally has been a source of stubbornness, inflexibility, parochialism, etc. , which has led to divisions and wars. It has given rise to competition to subdue or destroy competing beliefs rather than to contribute to peace and harmony. This definitely is not Heaven’s way. The goals were different. The priorities were not God-centered goals, but the domination of their beliefs or churches. Often religion was used for self-serving secular purposes in the name of God’s will, to promote the will or agenda of a few. However, religion is for restoration. It’s symbolic; i.e., not factual. As much as religion has ultimately supported Heaven, how much has it also stood in the way, through self-service.

Few books in human history have been written with so much symbolism that no one could claim ultimate understanding. At best, we can all claim that we are pointing to God’s truth, and since no one has this ultimate claim then the best we can do is learn from each other.

Rev. Sun Myung Moon wrote the Divine Principle. The book teaches us what the laws (principles) of the mind and heart consist of, especially the laws of restoration. This is much the same way hard science text books teach us about their fields. From there we continue our never ending quest for new knowledge and understanding; learning to apply the principles we learn, and grow little by little into the depth of God’s Heart, shedding tears of repentance and sorrow for the sinful pain His children, we and our ancestors perpetrated into Heaven’s heart.

In this paper, along with principles, which always needs to be included, depth of time is important. God’s suffering has been immensely long, since before the 6,000 biblical years ago. Then came the heartbreaking fallen human history along with our makers, the extraterrestrials / Anunnaki / Nephilim.

The spiritual Fall predates man (Biblical Adam and Eve); and we’re their creation. Our creation was meant to be part of a cosmic integration plan, a course to bring God’s cosmic children together. However, we were not taught a closer intimate parent-child relationship with God. Our makers didn’t have it.

In writing ‘Lilith according to the Principle’ I try to follow the above reasoning. I’m under no illusion this smacks current religious belief in the face. Much here won’t be accepted for a while. However, it must be presented. I’m not after a popularity award.

Genius is to take two disconnected loose ends and bring them together and hope you can create something new, whether it be a product, a simple understanding or just opening a door for the first time. This is what Heavenly Parents have always been giving us, works of genius.

What I write here is not of my making. I didn’t create these thoughts. I’m very intuitive and it all came from Heavenly Parent. I dedicate this paper to Heavenly Parent, and attribute these contents to them. It is probably because I didn’t have heavy formal indoctrination before studying the Divine

Principle that I have received God’s Words with an open mind.

A first point I’d like to make is that I’ve long believed that human antiquity goes further back in history than most religious people care to believe2; more than the 6,000 Bible years, or even the 60,000 years Darwinists like to claim since we evolved from apes. When we see that occasionally seemingly high tech artifacts are uncovered which science dates back many millions of years, then we must revise the understanding of our human history with new eyes. All we need is to prove that just one of these discoveries is real to break open a new page in history.

For a long time I couldn’t believe that God, our Heavenly Parent, would wait the long billions of years to create His first children, Adam and Eve. When I asked around, I received the unconvincing reasoning that conditions weren’t ready. Of course no one could say what the conditions were. I remember hearing why God would send Adam and Eve when there would be someone with satanic propensity attending the young couple, the answer was that God had a timetable to follow.

In looking for answers I looked at the environment existing at the time the early Bible books were written, the belief system(s), etc. In understanding the then surrounding existing environment one can see the depth of True Parents discovery of the principles of growth and perfection. For example, the stages of restoration are outlined, servant of servant to servant to adopted child to child of God. It was almost a miracle that a person like Abraham could exist at a time 4000 biblical years ago and proclaim that there’s only one God; he was very intuitive, spiritual and observant. Sumerians believed in many gods as did the neighboring Egyptians. What was the influencing factor for Abraham, or even Zoroaster, to believe in a single God, but not a parent-child relationship? Maybe he was simply tired of rulers and believed in something more internal - a universal guiding force.

Building a parent-child relationship between God and humans would take more generations. It is one thing to begin to believe in one God, it’s quite another to receive Him as our parent. From not believing in a single God to being a child of God takes a lot of spiritual development, growth and maturity. Untrusting hearts and minds took a long time to develop closeness to a parental God. There was no precedent to go by. It’s easy to wonder if questions such as, “should we trust God or not” would cross their minds. Until then there were only master-servant relationships between gods, demigods, masters, kings and the ruled. There was only law and oppression for the purpose of control by the ruling elite. God had to start from the bottom to develop new concepts, such as love of Heavenly Parent, sexual purity, the growth stages, etc. that True Parents have pointed out, to ultimately reach the full parent-child relationship.

Issue of Repentance Why did no one repent? The daughters of men, the parents of the daughters of men, the non-perpetrators who understood the gravity of the situation, no one? True Parents have said that if they’d have repented God could’ve, would’ve forgiven. The long fallen history where Heavenly Parent and mankind suffered wouldn’t have had to take place.

It has to do with the afore mentioned heart distance, I believe; law and order and oppression. 2 I’m talking about believers in the three Abrahamic faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

Adam and Eve lived in a cultural environment where repentance to God didn’t exist for their kinds of actions, a Sodom and Gomorrah. This is a reason Adam and Eve nor others in their behalf, could repent; the concept of having done wrong or evil didn’t exist for sexual transgression. Although they did have an original mind, were they in the habit or trained to use it? I’m not trying to make excuses for them. Today we still worship God. Worship is not being close at heart; God is high and we are low. There’s no love. We need to love God.

God and prehistoric man We talk a lot about God’s broken Heart. We say 6,000 years. It’s common today to say 6,000 biblical years. Phenomena surrounding our lives going back to prehistory, point to the fact that there was a high level of knowledge untold thousands, hundreds of thousands or even many millions of years ago. Machines, artifacts, wisdom and even the elephant in the room, the pyramids, are all fruits of professional level team work, mathematics, physics and other sciences. Slave labor with coincidental skills and abilities could not have put the many ancient wonders together, especially with the precision invested in them, as we today observe. True Parents have said they believed in science.

Advanced prehistoric civilizations had a hand in making the ancient wonders. Stepping back and quickly eying the megalithic structures that today’s scientists admit they could scarcely achieve today, we can see a bad heart existed, since this knowledge was not passed down.

Religious people are more internal, ideally broad-minded and heart-centered. Scientists are more intellect-centered. The latter help us fulfill our 3rd blessing of dominion. If science says mankind is over 6000 years old then how is religion to respond? Is it a slap in the face? Is it satanic? Is God not our God of science along with our God of religion? Like religious holy men, scientists receive answers to their questions, either through study, intuition or revelation. Scientists don’t exalt their predecessors as (much as) religious people do. God is one; His laws, principles, both internal and external, must reflect that oneness.

We need to put the two in perspective, so that man may grow through both religion and science without conflict. Religion by its nature is symbolic since we know but a few facts.

Along with architectural wonders, we see astronomical knowledge and medicinal plants in geographically distant parts of our planet. This knowledge takes long years of study to master, and we have found no records of, nor tools required to achieve this mastery. We have no history of the development of such knowledge, yet in principle we read that perfection takes growth. Also, there is no evidence our human ancestors could read and write in distant antiquity. This knowledge predates the writing systems the four great civilizations that later developed.

The earlier-mentioned styles of architecture and medicinal knowledge as well as the reading of astronomical phenomena are similar or even complementary to each other among these different civilizations that were born later, a mere few thousand years ago. It is here we find a little evidence that one global culture united them. These small similarities lead us to believe that this is not coincidental; that some global civilization did indeed exist, as thin as the evidence is.

What kind of people were these knowledgeable gods? They fed us for a day, but they didn’t teach

us how to feed ourselves. Around the world we have seen bloodshed. What is conspicuously missing is a global writing system. No two great civilizations around the world have even remotely mutually legible systems. Purposefully, mankind was left to barely survive on its own, creating cultures of competition rather than interdependence, mutual prosperity and universally shared values3. Humans were left to fight for their lives, not to work to embody a global culture. This is the legacy these ancient gods left behind. It seems they only half heartedly wanted mankind, even if we were their creations. If these are people with creativity, intellect, will, with understanding of art and esthetics, then they had little heart for their creation. They exploited us.

According to passed-down legends, most gods claim to have come from distant stars. If not true, why wasn’t anyone more creative and said they were from under the ocean or from the cold north or south, or from the east or west, or from the other side of the ocean? Maybe because indeed the distant stars are where they came from.

Were these gods God’s children? Heartless? Is this the God we want or believe in? Anthropomorphically, they seem to reflect human fallen nature..or is it we who have inherited from them some deficiency? Did imperfect hearts, precede our creation?

Lilith - The Fall Lilith reflects Heavenly Father’s han of having to deal with an imperfect environment to raise His children. Lilith was the Satanic / fallen mind preexisting Adam and Eve. Adam symbolized God in His still pure, vertical embodiment. I.E., the Adam-Lilith sexual battle symbolized the God-Satan battle centered on the symbolism behind the sexual position battlefield. IOW, Lilith was the female, confronting position or role in the good-evil war between God and Satan. It was the evil mind opposing God. Lilith symbolized Satan’s defiance, personified as a woman, to God’s body, Adam.

This logic can only fit in if we look at the spiritual Fall to have taken place long before biblical Adam and Eve. This would imply that we humans are not first, and possibly even that we are creations, not directly by God, as commonly thought, but by teams of God’s elite group, We are the prime dream God had, but was spoiled.

The woman in Enoch is very symbolic. The being opposite Adam, God’s embodiment, was presented as female (yang-yin), or Subject-Object. Otherwise, what is the Lilith story purpose? It doesn’t fit principle. Like in Judaism and Islam, God wasn’t yet a parent with parental heart, love; i.e., He was just a lord, creator. His people were still enslaved by Satan. The object was to make the subject. The object’s filial heart would have developed the subject’s parental heart through loyalty and gratitude.

Adam was the being fundamentally representing God’s inner Sung sang. Lilith represented all defiance to him.

Though Enoch mentions Lilith, there never could have been a person Lilith. Lilith was a symbol. It symbolized Heavenly Father’s sorrow, han; above all, the sorrow of the fallen state His highest creations, His children were in, and with them all of creation. I’m referring here to both our creators

as well as our first human ancestors. They treated God as a master, not a parent. God’s children were His servants, His slaves, but not children to Him. For this, Heavenly Parent couldn’t enjoy a normal parent-child relationship with His children. They didn’t recognize our Heavenly Parent as their parent. God didn’t know how to relate as a parent either. Father said God also had to grow in heart. This could be the reality behind that statement. In the way His creations related to Heavenly Parent, so His heart responded, i.e., never as a parent.

Lilith were the long preexisting fallen or imperfect minds and beings in the cosmos before man. In a previous paper I mentioned that the Fall took place long before the symbolic Adam and Eve in Eden.

Beings, God’s children possibly, predated Adam and Eve. They never made it to perfection. Adam and Eve were a special-order race God commissioned. Were we genetically engineered? Our creators knew we were important. Why? Were we to take on a new greater role than they had, which made them jealous? Their creations were we humans. It was a small group of 200, inside what Enoch refers to as the Watchers, who destroyed these creations, God’s specially ordered children. Did they hold a grudge to commit such a crime? We are a chosen race. We are built to be able to unite with our cosmic brothers and sisters. There’s more genetic engineering to come. Our DNA may have to be manipulated much more to achieve that. True Parents came to earth, based on these foundations. Their title includes ‘Cosmos’. It’s possible that God could send True Parents only to earth.

Lilith would not take bottom position in sex signifies Satan would never bow to, or take a subservient position to God; never. The God-Satan war arena was in the sexual act; it was to be principled, and in proper order. The story was purely symbolic: Adam, male, above woman. Top means control, dominion in the God-Satan war; below means dominated, defeated.

Lilith is the satanic mind, it’s symbolic. Enoch says ‘she’ left, but it never really did. Biblically, Lilith returned as the serpent subduing Adam through Eve.

If we go into by the Bible Adam and Eve in Eden story, Adam and Eve were alone. However, earlier, Lilith was rejecting a sexual relationship with Adam, the only other human around, according to Enoch.

In principle we read that Adam and his wife, Eve (or even a supposed Lilith), were to reach oneness through give and receive. Especially we learn that give and receive creates circular motion in which there’s no difference between subject and object. This includes the most intimate, sexual relationship. It’s meant to be joyful. God’s was to receive joy through it.

What would give Lilith the idea that being at the bottom would be in a lesser, rather than a receiving position; receiving God in His embodiment, Adam. This feeling would occur only if she believed she was defeated in some way. Her belief would be that a lower sexual position would necessarily put her in a defeated position. Why would Lilith think like that and reject Adam, God’s body as a husband? Lilith in the bottom position symbolized subduction to God’s dominion. Interestingly, some texts give Lilith a masculine gender, not a wife.

Why did Lilith have such an aggressive rejecting upfront attitude? This is not Heavenly, especially in

an environment where no Fall had yet taken place, i.e., Satan was not on the stage yet.

Lilith was symbol of the impure mind preexisting Adam and Eve. I.E., of the spiritual Fall which had taken place long before them. In Divine Principle talk, Lilith is Sung sang, while Eve became the Hyung sang of the fallen mind.

It’s unprincipled to suppose Adam and Lilith would marry. (Adam and Eve (or Lilith) had no negative surroundings. There was nothing to make Lilith go bad. God only created good and pure. This myth is about an external force hitting a train running on its tracks, and knocking it off its course. It was a story of the evil mind which preexisted Adam and Eve, where God embodied as Adam. Lilith symbolized Satan, and in this case Satan taking the woman defiant rather than complementing, receiving position. The sexual act was the battle ground. The fallen mind already existed. I.E., the spiritual Fall had already taken place long before Adam and Eve. Eve was to be God’s pure spouse, like our True Mother today. Our makers were already fallen; were they too God’s children? The physical Fall as described by Enoch of 200 Anunnaki / Nephilim entering daughters of men, sealed the fallen act, i.e., it was the physical fall. These women were of God’s chosen race, genetically engineered. This new race has a mission to bring together all other cosmic races; it must now be purified, thus Heavenly Parents had to send True Parents. Extraterrestrials are waiting for us to receive them.

Enoch states Lilith was Adam’s first wife. The Bible doesn’t mention this. It’s not because the Bible doesn’t mention it that I find it not true. In Principle, religiously speaking, it is very unlikely.

The Fall wasn’t rape. If it had been, Eve and women, wouldn’t have been blamed and put down throughout history for causing it, they’d have had a defense. It was illicit consensual love, sex. Lilith not wanting to go in the bottom position was Satan in our mind, being represented by woman, not wanting to submit to God, represented by Adam; he wouldn’t repent. Being on top was symbolic of who ruled, God or Satan; i.e., who had dominion over the future, including mankind and creation.

Looking at principle we see that man and woman were made in such a way that there’s a natural attraction. We further read in the principle that once united, positions change through give and receive. Natural attraction would not have brought about this problem. Intuition and heart would have led them to seek their natural unifying positions and roles, whether on top or bottom.

Earth, True Parents and the Cosmic Center Extraterrestrials around the cosmos were guided to earth for the great union, much as the pilgrims to the new world. How? Like Heavenly Father guided science and inventions to take place in different countries centuries ago, around the same time, so Heavenly Father guided cosmic beings to earth to fulfill the cosmic oneness dream. Though fallen, mankind is God’s ‘pièce de résistance’. It has been a long process; a dream of many people cosmos wide; a dream given by God. To me too.

Adam and Eve were to be perfect and unite others, like Jesus was to unite Jews and non Jews, not just restore. Their mission was simpler then True Parents’ or Jesus’s. They were to establish the Kingdom of Heaven, Cheon Il Guk on earth and in the cosmos - a process.
