Dear Friends,
It is with great pleasure that I am inviting you to our 25th Women’s Conference for Peace in the Middle East!
In spite of the very adverse times we are living, we know that all this is but a passing situation! It is a challenge to perhaps offer us the opportunity to realistically think of what future we want and especially what future for our region, the Middle East and North Africa.
With this in mind, we would like to start the year with a conference where, under the title: “Women’s Vision and Impact on Tomorrow’s MENA. What does the Future Hold?” we will be able to reflect and research new ways to positively affect the region.
We will hear presentations from specialists and practitioners on education of youth, conflict resolution, and economic empowerment of youth. We will take time for questions and comments.
Given the health safety circumstances, the event will take place virtually on the 16, 17, and 18 of January. It will be 1 ½ hour sessions each of these dates, at 5pm CET every day.
The presentations will all be in English, but there will be also Arabic translation provided.
Our wish and intention is that this conference becomes the starting point of a forum, where women leaders, youth, concerned professional women but also men, will be able to meaningfully engage in an exchange of ideas and proposals.
Please register at the link below and you will receive the zoom link for the event.
