Cheonbo and Heavenly Parents’ Providence (Part 3 of 3) - The Restoration of Heavenly Parent’s Sovereignty, and Building Cheon Il Guk v1.1

This is the third and final presentation in this series on the significance and value of Cheonbo Registration.

In Part 1, I spoke about the history of Heavenly Parents’ efforts to bequeath the 3 Blessings to His Children. This was first achieved through the Holy Blessing of True Parents in 1960, and finally the beginning of multiplying this holy foundation to all mankind was achieved through the first historic Cheonbo induction of 2020. True Mother proclaimed that Blessed Families who have received True Parents’ Blessings, must become citizens of Cheon Il Guk. God and True Parents are determined to restore every last man woman and child back to full resonance with Heavenly Parent as quickly as possible.

In Part 2, I spoke about the development and history of the Providence of Heavenly Tribal Messiahship through Cheonbo Registration, which is based on an agreement between God and Satan to upgrade our conditional marriage blessings to become absolute blessings, as we fulfill the agreed upon conditions and thereby inherit True Parents’ victorious foundation. This is the gateway to the direct dominion, to the full inheritance of Heavenly Parents’ love including the holy rights of co-habitation, co-participation, and co-ownership, and to our eternally deepening resonance and unity with Heavenly Parent.

In this final presentation, I would like to speak about the process of reclaiming Heavenly Parents’ sovereignty, which was stolen by Satan, and of building Cheon Il Guk.

Before He began manifesting the creation, Heavenly Parent first conceived of the image of his beloved children, and then created the laws and principles that would govern creation. He ordained that the cosmos would be governed by love, and accordingly that He would live absolutely for the sake of his object of love, His children.

God, the Sovereign Creator first established the Spiritual World inhabited by the Angels. Then, some 14 billion years ago, starting with the big bang, God initiated the creation of the Physical Universe. The angels cooperated with God throughout the course of the creation continuing on up through the birth of God’s first son and daughter, which, according to True Father, occurred millions of years ago.

Through the Principle, we have all learned about the fall of Adam and Eve and Lucifer.

Through Satan’s temptations of the first ancestors, Satan stole all three Blessings.

• We became the dwelling places of Satan rather than the Temples of God; • We multiplied Satan’s children rather than God’s children; and • We relinquished our promised ownership and dominion of the world to Satan

Satan claimed Adam and Eve’s Blessings and assumed his false sovereignty over this world.

In Gen 27:33-40, we read the remarkable story of Isaac, whom Heavenly Parent loved deeply, being deceived and betrayed by his younger twin son Jacob. Through this experience, Heavenly Parent, for the first time in history, revealed a tiny glimpse of the unfathomable pain hidden in His heart. Esau appears before Isaac and, as the eldest son, asks to receive his father’s blessing. Isaac to his horror and profound dismay, tells Esau that he has already given away the blessings to Jacob. When Esau hears the word of his father, he cries out “with an exceedingly great and bitter cry, and says Bless me, me as well, my father!” And Isaac says, “Your brother came deceitfully and has taken away your blessing.”

Once God had given the 3 blessings to Adam and Eve, they were no longer his to take back. Through the fall, Satan became the illicit owner of those blessings, and God could not reclaim them except through Satan’s natural and voluntary surrender to True Love.

The providence to send True Parents 2000 years ago began with Jacob, who reclaimed the right of the eldest son through the symbolic surrender of the angel, and the natural surrender of his older brother Esau.

Jesus inherited the 4,000 years’ foundation for the Blessings from John when he was baptized, and God testified to Jesus in the River Jordan. But Satan shattered that foundation when John quickly lost faith, and Jesus had to fast for 40 days to reclaim that lost foundation. By overcoming Satan’s 3 temptations in the wilderness, Jesus was able to secure the natural surrender of Satan on the individual level, and reclaim God’s First Blessing of unified Mind and Body and the Direct Dominion as the inheritor of God’s Love. He entered a realm where Satan could no longer tempt him.

According to the Divine Principle, at the end of History, it is necessary that there be three World Wars, first to divide Cain and Abel on a global level and then finally to unite them. Through the victory in these three World Wars, Abel will pay the indemnity to overcome Satan’s three temptations and reclaim God’s three blessings on behalf of all mankind. On this foundation Abel and Cain will unite on a global level, and Heavenly Parent’s full sovereignty will be restored.

On the foundation of the first two World Wars, the world was divided between Democracy representing the Abel side, and Communism representing the Cain side. In addition, True Parents were successfully established.

Think about how much indemnity had to be paid before God could bestow the three Blessings upon True Parents - just one couple. How many millions of people had to die. How many millions suffered. This was because God had no sovereignty to freely bestow those Blessings.

Now, on the foundation of True Parents’ victories, Millions of couples around the world have received the Marriage Blessing, and have conditionally returned to the realm of Heavenly Parents’ lineage.

True Parents, through the Pledge which we recite every day, are guiding us to reclaim the 3 Blessings. Pledges 1 – 3 represent the 3 Blessings. The 3rd Blessing is infinite, and gets expanded through Pledges 4 – 8

1. Seek our original homeland and build the Kingdom of God on earth and in heaven (to become someone living for God’s will)

2. To perfect the dutiful family way of filial sons and daughters in our family, patriots in our nation, saints in the world, and divine sons and daughters in heaven and on earth (to establish a God-centered family)

3. To perfect the Four Great Realms of Heart, the Three Great Kingships and the Realm of the Royal Family

Pledge 3 is the foundation for the Direct Dominion. Developing our hearts of love as children, spouses, parents, and grandparents, and thereby establishing the 3 Great Kingships: Grandparents, Parents, and Children.

Then on the foundation of Cheonbo, we can enter the Royal Family, which is Direct Dominion. That is where we can inherit God’s Love, having already prepared our own foundations of love.

In a world of Satanic nations, God’s sovereignty can only be established on the foundation of a nation on Heaven’s side. True Father longed his entire life, to be able to live even one day in God’s Nation of Cheon Il Guk, but tragically he ascended before Cheon Il Guk could be achieved.

To establish a nation there must be three fundamental components: A territory, A constitution, and Citizens.

In 2013 True Mother proclaimed the foundation of Cheon Il Guk based on the territory of what is now the HyoJeong Cheonwon Complex. This is similar to the city state of the Vatican, and Heavenly Parent was able to accept it.

In 2014 True Mother completed and proclaimed the Constitution of Cheon Il Guk.

In 2020 True Mother - on the foundation of restoring 7 Heavenly Nations, 7 Religious Orders, and the continent of Heavenly Africa - proclaimed the Firm Settlement of Cheon Il Guk, and proceeded with the registration of the first Citizens of Cheon Il Guk through the induction of the first Cheonbo Tribes.

Through that first induction ceremony held on October 10, 2010, Heavenly Parent’s sovereignty was restored on a national level, based on the city state of the HyoJeong Cheonwon Complex. Finally, Heavenly Parent could bequeath the Three Blessings to those couples who had fulfilled the specific set of conditions which were approved by both God and Satan.

Very significantly, the very next day, on October 11, 2010, Holy Mother Han launched the Cheonshim Won Providence.

The Value of True Parents in Heaven’s Providence 2025 pp 239-40

On October 10, 2020, True Mother triumphantly led the Cheonbo Festival, registering Cheonbo families in Cheonbo Won, and the following day, October 11, at the victory celebration, she gave Jeongshim Won (Garden of Heart and Emotion), the prayer hall at the training center, a new name, christening it “Cheonshim Won”, (Garden of Heaven’s Heart). Establishing Cheonshim Won as a providential organization, she designated it as a place to nurture second- and third-generation spiritual leaders for Cheon Il Guk.

“I have brought the third generation forward to establish the tradition of the providence. While I am on earth, I will create all environments to be free-flowing, like running water. At last Heavenly Parent now has a small foothold on the Earth. Through the completion of the Cheon Won Gung, and the Opening of the Cheon Il Sanctum, Holy Mother Han welcomed Heavenly Parent’s Historic Settlement on the Earth on April 13, 2025.

We are in the midst of World War 3 right now. The Divine Principle identifies Communism as the third and perfection level of the Cain-type world. Following the development of each of these levels on the Cain side, Heaven brought about a new religious reformation on the Abel side.

“Through the coming third religious reformation, the Democratic world on God’s side will triumph in the ideological war and bring the Communist world on Satan’s side to its knees. Then the two worlds will unite into one Kingdom of Heaven on earth under God.”

Holy Mother Han is working hard to achieve the reunification of Korea. Starting with the HyoJeong Cheonwon Complex in the formation stage, she is working to restore the Gapyang Province on the growth level, and then to achieve on a national level, Korean Reunification.

The Reunification of Korea is only the first step in the worldwide victory of World War 3.

“Unification of the Korean peninsula will not be brought about solely through political negotiations or commercial trade. Unification is possible only through Heavenly fortune and God’s true love. This is because reunification is connected directly to the providence of God as a necessary step toward global unity.”

From True Father’s Speech on 2/10/2000 on the occasion of his 80th Birthday at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium, Seoul.

“When North-South reunification is accomplished, it will be the beginning point in the effort to unite the democratic and communist worlds.”

Holy Mother Han has called for America to rise up as the Elder Son Nation and fulfill our responsibilities with Hyojeong. She has called for America to restore Japan and then Korea. When Heavenly Parent has three nations, the rest of the world will quickly follow.

The Cheonbo couples, through our attendance to True Parents, become part of God’s Royal Family. Beyond just the level of Tribal Messiahs, True Parents are calling us to become National Level Messiahs and to take responsibility for restoring all the nations of the world.

In his final prayer, True Father spoke these words.

“I declare that if, centering on the fourteen sons and daughters, the tribal messiahs are able to fulfill the calling of national representatives and restore the 387 nations [of the Abel UN and Cain UN], everything will be brought to a conclusion. I have accomplished everything for this. I have completed everything. Aju!”

Clearly along with the Pure Waters of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generations, the Cheonbo Tribal Messiahs, who have achieved Direct Dominion and Partnership with Heavenly Parent, will play a central role in the completion of the providence.

Holy Mother Han has now clarified the future leadership of the Providence through the inheritance ceremony of Shin Chul Nim and Shin Heung Nim during the Entrance Ceremony of the Cheon Il Sanctum. And she has established the Cheon Mu Won as the central administrative organization for Cheon Il Guk.

Within her lifetime, Holy Mother Han has determined to reach 1/3 of the world. That comes out to some 2.7 billion new members. Surely Heavenly Parent, True Father, and the entire Absolute Good Spirit World are fully mobilized to help Holy Mother Han accomplish this goal.

What an unimaginable tsunami of new members! What a golden opportunity for any blessed couple who can understand the grace of this Golden Moment and commit to achieve Cheonbo!

As we reenvision America and work together to raise up Heaven’s Elder Son Nation, I can see the Blessed Couples becoming Cheonbo Couples and the Cheonbo Couples working side by side with the Pure Water 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations as we Build Cheon Il Guk together.

It states in Exposition of the Divine Principle (Preparation 4.4.4) Page 379

The Third World War has to take place to lay the completion-stage foundation for the restoration of God’s sovereignty. God’s side must be victorious in the war to destroy the communist world and return all sovereignty to God. Then the ideal world will be established based upon the principles of heaven and earth.

True Mother proclaimed the following in her speech “God Is the Origin of Peace” given at a series of Assemblies to Bring the Unity and Secure Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth into the Life of the World, held between August 10 and September 30, 2002, in Korea, Japan, and the United States. (See Book 3 of True Mother’s Anthology, page 5)

“If there were only God and us in heaven and on earth, we would not need the word “indemnity.” It exists because of Satan, who caused our first ancestors to fall. If Satan and the world of evil did not exist, there would be no need for indemnity.”

When the Democratic World achieves the victory in World War 3, and succeeds in restoring the full sovereignty to Heavenly Parent, then Heavenly Parent will surely seek to expedite the return of every last child ever born back to His/Her Holy bosom in deep resonance of love.

Approximately half (nearly 1 trillion) of those in the Spirit World still remain trapped in hell. However, from Holy Mother Han’s word above, we can surmise that when all sovereignty is restored to Heavenly Parent, Satan’s authority will be destroyed and they will no longer remain imprisoned. We have seen that even Central Evil Spirits can be restored in the 100-day workshops to become Absolute Good Spirits. Accordingly, we should expect that Heavenly Parent will work to clean out all of Hell as quickly as possible.

However, on the Earth plane, there is not yet any similar 100-day process. I believe that this is why Holy Mother Han is so desperate to reach as much of the Earth’s population as possible during her lifetime. For those who receive the Blessing, and then go on to fulfill the conditions

of Cheonbo while Holy Mother Han is still alive, their lineages can be restored in one generation. Otherwise, it will typically require seven generations to restore a lineage. Perhaps, when Satan’s accusations and demands are no more, Heavenly Parent will dramatically reduce the condition required to fulfill Cheonbo. That would be consistent with Holy Mother Han’s heart of incredible forgiveness and grace. Let us give our absolute 100% best to unite with Holy Mother Han, reach out to the entire world, and return all mankind back to our Heavenly Parent while Holy Mother Han is still alive.
