Cheonbo and Heavenly Parents’ Providence (Part 2 of 3) - The Fulfillment of America’s Responsibility as the Elder Son

In Part 1, I spoke about the Significance and History of the Bequeathal of God’s Blessings. The 3 Blessings that God bestowed upon Adam and Eve were lost at the fall. Heavenly Parent has had to overcome unimaginable obstacles and suffering to save mankind, through 6,000 Biblical Years, which according to True Father, was in fact millions of actual years. Finally, 2000 years ago, Heavenly Parent sent Jesus, His Only Begotten Son. But that providence was invaded by Satan from the start. Still, for the first time since the dawn of Creation, through Jesus, Heavenly Parent was able to achieve oneness with one man in the Direct Dominion and realize substantially, the First Blessing, bequeathing His Divine Love to Jesus.

Immediately upon Jesus’ death, Heavenly Parent began the providence for Jesus’ Second Coming, and for the Only Begotten Daughter’s First Coming, and for the Marriage of the Lamb to establish True Parents.

Central to this providence was the challenge of Bequeathing Jesus’ victorious foundation to another man who had not been born as God’s Only Begotten Son. Such a bequeathal had never been attempted much less accomplished in history. True Father had to go through historic and unprecedented challenges and suffering in order to stand victoriously in the position of Jesus’ Second Coming.

Very quickly following the Holy Wedding, in October 1963, True Parents began the providence to bequeath their victorious foundations to Blessed Couples, through the Tribal Messiah Providence. The Blessing given to Blessed Couples is conditional, and therefore the course to inherit True Parents’ foundation requires that each Blessed Couple walk a formula course which is approved by both God and Satan.

Following the victory at Washington Monument, True Parents launched Home Church with both God’s and Satan’s endorsement.

True Parents’ course went down through Danbury, and then back up to the global level through their victorious unity with both Mikail Gorbachev and Kim Il Sung.

Finally, in 2020, The first Cheonbo Couples were inducted, marking the successful bequeathal of True Parents’ foundation to many Blessed Couples who were registered as Citizens of Cheon Il Guk and entered the gateway of the Direct Dominion and inheritors of Heavenly Parents’ Love and Blessings.

Holy Mother Han has clearly proclaimed that it is the responsibility of every Blessed Couple to become registered as Citizens of Cheon Il Guk.

2020 was the end of the 4th 7-year course since Holy Mother Han took the lead in the Providence in 1992 with the launch of Women’s Federation for World Peace. She has been sprinting non-stop even at the age of 82.

At the end of her first 7-year course in 1999, Satan surrendered opening the way for ancestral liberations and blessings, and the Home Church and Home Town providences evolved into Cheonbo.

By the end of her 2nd 7-year course True Parents launched the Universal Peace Federation, entered the Cheon Jeong Gung, and were Coronated as the King and Queen of Peace in Heaven and Earth.

By the end of her 3rd 7-year course which followed the Seung-Hwa of True Father, True Mother proclaimed Foundation Day and the Establishment of the Nation of Cheon Il Guk

By the end of her 4th 7-year course, True Mother had established the Constitution of Cheon Il Guk, restored 7 Heavenly Nations, Heavenly Africa, and 7 Religious Orders, Established World Clergy Leadership Conference, Proclaimed the Firm Settlement of Cheon Il Guk, Inducted the first Citizens of Cheon Il Guk in the Cheonbo Won, and launched the Cheonshim Won Providence, appointing Lee Gi-seong as its President.

The end of her 5th 7-year course will be 2027. On the foundation of the Victorious opening of the Cheon IL Sanctum on April 13th of this year, True Mother has charged Heavenly America with the responsibility to achieve 30,000 members by 2027.

If I have 30,000 members, in seven years’ time I can do many things which the world has never seen. So the key to the problem, the question is how, in what way, can we bring in 30,000 members. Just imagine how those 30,000 members will move about from place to place. If each of the states has 500 members, what will happen? We can do anything, anything and everything. The Senators and Congressmen will be influenced by us. We can do almost everything, practically everything. Then we can visualize the restoration of the whole world before us.

Do you understand now about the position of America? Clearly America is in danger, and do you know what we are going to do about it? The basic element is home church, and when that is done in meaningful numbers then even if the communists sweep this country they can be stopped. If they come before that happens, however, it will be too late.

If there had been 30,000 core members in America by 1978 then even if I were to leave, America would be secure. After being educated for three years those members could be strong enough to take care of America’s problems. If they were educated well enough and could witness to ten new members each over the next three years, then those 300,000 people would be enough to do home church throughout the entire United States. This was my original plan. Don’t you see that our schedule is very tight? Can you say you have to rest and take care of other things first?

In his May 18th presentation at the Cheon Shim Won in Las Vegas, President Dunkley said

“It’s time we keep our promise to True Father. I see a movement across America, with 30,000 members, Blessed Families, Blessed Children. That’s what I see!”

America can, must, and will absolutely fulfill this challenge and in fact we should far exceed it.

Compared to previous years, Heaven and True Parents have opened up vast, unprecedented resources to help us.

Holy Mother Han has provided unprecedented Cosmic Grace to forgive the sins of all who participated, as she prepared for the opening of the Cheon Il Sanctum.

Holy Mother Han has been training and raising up the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Generations as Pure Waters and sending out Pure Water missionaries to countries around the world, including many here in the US. She has such incredible hope, expectation, and vision for the Pure Waters, that she proclaimed them to Heavenly Parent as the centerpiece of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk during the Opening Ceremony.

But we cannot leave this work just to the 2nd and 3rd Generations. We are all called to give our very best in this historic endeavor. And so many resources are now available.

Through the Settlement of Heavenly Parent, with the Opening of the Cheon Il Sanctum, a whole new era has begun, in which the Gates to Heaven are Wide Open, and Heavenly Parent will

rapidly raise up Blessed Members to a much higher and deeper level of resonance of heart and love.

The Cheonshim Won providence has achieved incredible momentum and it continues to expand and create ever greater miracles. As more and more of our members participate in the Cheonshim Won pray vigils, workshops, liberations, ansus, and wish papers, our whole movement is being elevated into deeper and more powerful resonance with Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

ACLC reached out to Christianity as they prepared for the Pilgrimage to Korea, and so many had transformative experiences. Our Ministers of all faiths, who have connected with and experienced the heart of Holy Mother Han, are on fire.

And externally, America has been experiencing a dramatic reawakening of Christianity and a major policy shift to support religious freedom, religious expression, and family values.

We are entering a profoundly exciting new realm in America.

On top of all of these incredible resources, I want to come back to the Cheonbo Couples. On Midnight, January 1, 1982 True Father gave a remarkable speech about Witnessing and the Home Church Providence, which again, was the foundation for Cheonbo.

… “When you go to spirit world, you will encounter the martyrs, whose suffering on earth was much greater than yours. What will qualify you to go to the Kingdom of Heaven before them? Why will you be entitled to go to a place that those people are not? Your one qualification that is superior is that you met the True Parents, you obeyed the True Parents, and you served the True Parents in your lifetime; and you did this in the realm of home church. Spirit men do not have home church, but you do. This is an incredible blessing, one which is hard to believe. I want you to understand that in order for the Providence to move this far, many, many people have suffered and died. When you enter the spirit world, you will be able to comfort all those spirit men, not by the fact that you suffered more than they did, because you didn’t, but by the fact that you served and obeyed the True Parents. …

Starting from Dr. Durst, everybody has a home church area. Dr. Durst has been thinking that home church is good, but we need to emphasize street witnessing in order to gain new members. But if you witness to someone on the street, it has only the significance of that individual. An amazing thing is that, although we are doing the same activity,

witnessing, when you do it at the home church level, it has historical and providential significance because it is connected at that point to the historical indemnity course. When you connect with one person in your home church area, that individual is representing his family, clan, nation, world and cosmos. By working with one person in home church, you connect yourself to the entire cosmos; but when you go out into the streets, you are only connecting with one individual. It is a onetime relationship that does not go beyond that level.

Shall we do it? How do you know that my teaching is not incorrect? If you are not sure, all you have to do is go to your home church and try what I have been teaching. When spirit world and God help you, you will see that what I have said is true. Your position in the home church is that of Adam; the spirit world is in the position of archangel and they are subordinate to you. Therefore, God and the angelic world must come to help you.

As part of our national witnessing mobilization, I strongly believe that our campaign will be greatly enhanced if we effectively ignite the power of Blessed Couples who have not yet fulfilled Cheonbo Registration. Of course, this is over and above all the other efforts and campaigns to do witnessing from the individual level to the levels of entire denominations and even Native American Tribes.

The biggest challenge to fulfilling Cheonbo is making the absolute determination to accomplish it. That is the 1% portion of responsibility of each Blessed Couple. Heavenly Parent never gives us a responsibility that we can’t fulfill. As True Father explained, once we make that determination and commitment, the entire Cosmos will come to our assistance, and the resources we need will become available. I firmly believe this to be true.

Let me underscore the magnitude of this under-tapped opportunity. If only 100 couples were to decide to fulfill Cheonbo, and over the next 2 years successfully blessed 430 couples each, that would represent 43,000 couples or 86,000 individuals. Of course, some of them will have children, relatives, friends, congregations, - so the numbers could be driven up substantially from there. If all who are blessed are invited and encouraged to participate in educational programs – in person or online, and if even just 25% follow through and become members, then we will already exceed our goal of 30,000 American members.

Young members including Pure Water 2nd and 3rd gen Blessed Children have overflowing energy, and many have brilliant faith. They can successfully go out and find spiritual children, and they should. But one, on one, older Blessed Couples may well be more effective in communicating our faith and in connecting with new spiritual children. They are a powerful resource into which True Parents have invested so much.

For those who are witnessing one on one, to achieve even one new member a month is phenomenal. But for a Blessed Couple who internally commits to blessing 430 couples, many

have accomplished this in a matter of months. This is due to a mobilization of spiritual support on a higher level.

America can surely break through to a much higher level now.

Through the ACLC delegation to Korea for the Opening of the Cheon Il Sanctum, there was a significant historic internal reconciliation achieved between Christianity and 1st Nations. I believe that this victory will facilitate the liberation of the spirit world of America, freeing the 1st Nations ancestors from horrible resentment; and freeing Christianity from the accusation of the horrible mistreatment of the 1st Nations. On this holy foundation of healing, I believe that we will see many significant breakthroughs in America.

Recently the entire Mandaean religious order received Holy Mother Han, and their founder, John the Baptist, has offered remarkable testimony to Holy Mother Han from the Spirit World.

If significant numbers of Blessed Couples become fully engaged in completing their Cheonbo qualifications, I believe we will see opportunities open up to embrace entire organizations, just as Holy Mother Han, on her own, restored 7 religious orders.

We are living in the Golden Moment, overflowing with Grace, while Holy Mother Han is still alive on the earth. As I explained in my first presentation, because of the grace of this time, we have the unique opportunity to fulfill Cheonbo and reach perfection of character at the original standard of creation in one generation. Without this grace it will require seven generations.

If all the blessed couples in America can truly grasp and resonate with the magnitude of this grace and opportunity, they will be so eager to complete Cheonbo registration in the shortest possible time. This will surely guarantee that we can fulfill and far exceed Holy Mother Han’s hopes for the Elder Son Nation.
