Again, in order to make this presentation as rich as possible, I will share from journal messages I have received from Heavenly Parent. I sincerely hope that this will help you each resonate more fully with God’s heart. I will also include a journal message received by Connie Pappalardo and a message I received through a spiritual reading with Claire Daugherty.

Exposition of the Divine Principle: Pages 343-4

For the paths of religion, politics and economy to converge and realize God’s ideal, a new expression of truth must emerge which can completely integrate religion and science. The religion founded upon this truth will lead all of humanity to become one with God in heart. Such people will build an economy in accordance with the divine ideal. These will be the foundations for a new political order which can realize the ideal of creation. This will be the messianic kingdom built on the principles of interdependence, mutual prosperity and universally shared values.

In other words: The religion founded on the New Truth will lead all mankind to become one with God’s heart, and then those people will establish a new economy based on God’s Ideal. Then God’s governance will follow. • First, God’s religion will achieve True Owners • Second, those True Owners will build God’s Economy; and finally • Third, based on that economy God’s Political Order will emerge Those three together will constitute the Messianic (Heavenly) Kingdom - namely Cheon IL Guk

Why does economics come before political transformation? The Kingdom of Heaven can’t be imposed from above. It must come from the heart of each individual. This means that individuals must first become spiritually mature, inherit God’s love, and become True Owners through the 3rd Blessing. Then, on that foundation, they will strive to live a life of love for the sake of others, based on God’s Even in the life and death situation of Heung Nam, True ideal. This is a revolution that can only begin Father gave away half his tiny through Cheon-Bo induction. ration of rice for weeks.

Anthology Book 1: Chapter 3, Page 31 True Mother: The life you lead on earth should be one where you practice true love in accordance with True Parents’ words. What that means is that you should not be in a position where you alone have come to know about True Parents and received the Blessing. That is why True Father’s last words were that each of you should bless 430 couples as heavenly tribal messiahs.

We, as Heavenly Tribal Messiahs can now enter into the Direct Dominion, and deepen our resonance with Heavenly Parent to the point where we can inherit God’s Heart of Love. Then like Jesus and True Parents, we will naturally want to live a life of love for others, with a special focus on those most in need. It is this transformation, lead by Heavenly Tribal Messiahs which will guide the transformation of Heaven’s economy. Then, from the bottom up, political systems will emerge reflecting this internal transformation.

Sun Myung Moon’s Philosophy of Peace page 39

Only Rev. Moon’s philosophy can bring peace to the world. Both communism and democracy have failed. The only concept that can save the world is the philosophy of living for the sake of others, true love emanating eternal life, and self-recognition of having the same value as God. The eternal and peaceful kingdom of heaven can be established only based on that ideology. (204-230, 1990.07.11)

It is fundamental to God’s ideal and plan, that Man inherit dominion through God’s love. All of man’s rights of inheritance from God are predicated on achieving oneness in heart with God centered on True Love.

This can only happen as we enter the Direct Dominion through Cheon-Bo induction.

God’s Day Morning Speech January 1, 1988 Seoul, Korea Rev. Sun Myung Moon

God has declared His sacred right of dominion and ownership through His love, so man can stand side by side with God and claim the same rights and ownership, once he achieves true love. When we are united with true love, the entire universe becomes ours… Man is endowed with a unique greatness and the right to even possess God and claim ownership, centered on God’s love, over the entire cosmos.

Ever since man lost his original value, man’s life on earth has become one of a continuous search without fulfillment… In the midst of this confused environment, Rev. Moon has achieved the level of love by which he can take God on his back and fly through the sky! What does God’s Day signify? It is the day when mankind is resolved to live for the sake of others and uphold high the love of giving. It is the day when God finds a true place that He can graft Himself onto, and it is the day when we are connected with the path to the Kingdom of Heaven… This place, called the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, is where we dance and live together with the universe. It is a place eternally centered on God and heart in every way.

So we can clearly understand that God is constantly working to establish a world based on the dominion of God’s love - which is the 3rd Blessing.

The Divine Principle describes the steps God took in the providence leading up to the establishment of Cheon Il Guk, to move mankind ever forward to the ideal, even in the face of constant Satanic opposition.

Exposition of the Divine Principle Chapter 4 PP 27-33

In the progress of economic history, feudalism was followed by capitalism, which was accompanied by the age of colonial expansion… Capitalism arose concurrently with the rise of absolute monarchy in the seventeenth century and flourished during and after the Industrial Revolution. Capitalism’s purpose in the providence was to promote the accumulation of capital and the centralization of economic activity to an extent impossible under feudalism

The imperialist drive for colonial expansion which began in this period had, as its providential purpose, the establishment of a worldwide economic, political and religious foundation… This enabled the entire world to progress into Western Christian civilization… Democracy is based on the sovereignty of the people …Its purpose is to destroy the political monopoly of monarchy, which had deviated from God’s Will, and to establish a new political system capable of accomplishing the goal of the providence of restoration, namely, to receive and support the Messiah as the King of Kings…

Eventually, people will come to receive Christianity, which God is raising to be the highest religion. In this way, the world today is converging to form a single civilization based on Christian ideals… As history nears its consummation, the will of the people inclines toward Christian values… Democratic governments which abide by the will of the people also gradually become more Christian. Thus, when the Messiah returns to societies under the rule of democratic governments well- matured by the Christian spirit, he will be able to establish God’s sovereignty upon the earth with the wholehearted support of the people. This will be the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Looking at the history of the world since the emergence of True Parents, this prophesy has not yet been realized. But True Mother has determined that she will establish God’s nation in her lifetime. She has called for a wave of Christianity rising up to embrace True Parents, starting in America. I firmly believe that there will be a 3rd Great Christian Awakening in America this year and that this prophesy will be realized. And on that foundation, the world can welcome Heavenly Parent on April 13, 2025. The following are two independent revelations, which reflect the same timeline.

Journaling Revelation received by Connie Pappalardo September 27, 2020

… Christianity will save the nation after all. Many years ago, your church preached about the failure of Christianity, and maybe there was some truth there, but there is a new breed of Christian, stronger and more agile. This new Christianity has tremendous power. Don’t worry about the theology. Under the tent of Christian values, many can feel safe and included ethnically, like Muslims and other more conservative cultures. Whether God or Allah, the values are similar and in that, there can be unity.

You have been actively praying for the country, COVID-19, and our divided nation politically. Over 100,000 people came to DC to pray the same! How wonderful is that? I am excited. You have no reason to doubt. Keep your eyes, ears, and heart on me and you will see a new country in but a decade! Your children will, eventually, grow to appreciate all that the Holy Spirit is bringing to this country. Now, don’t be sad. I love you. Heavenly Mother

Claire Daugherty - Spiritual Reading with Baer Ancestral Committees 8-9-24

Question: Can you speak about the election - this year and then in four years? Answer: “It’s going to be very chaotic. It’s going to be very divisive. There’s going to be a lot of hatred coming out. There’s going to be a lot of evil that will be exposed to sunlight. And the next four years, whoever gets in there … I see the earth shaking. A lot is going to happen over the next four years. And I see like an earthquake that will do damage, but it won’t level the city. There are hard times coming, but they are a necessary part of a rebirthing. Many systems will collapse.

I’m seeing these big buildings coming down. Many systems that are fundamentally flawed, that are not created centered on the whole purpose. They’re not created centered on love. They’re created centered on greed and a lust for power. They are going to collapse. And it will take a while to clear away the wreckage and the rubble. But then something else can be built. That is built on love rather than greed and lust for power. There’s a major, major shift happening over the next 6 to 7 years. There’s going to be a lot of upheaval.”

In the first revelation, received on 9/27/20, Heavenly Mother assured Connie Pappalardo that America will be a new, heavenly country in but a decade: presumably in 2030-31

In the second revelation, received on 8/9/24, Claire Daugherty was shown that America would go through a 6-7 year period in which the Satanic structures of power would be torn down and replaced with structures based on God’s love: presumably by 2030-31

Exposition of the Divine Principle Chapter 4 PP 27-33

Similarly, with the progress of economic history, socialist ideals arose which undermined imperialism and fostered a democratic form of economy… It is only natural for the satanic realm, which reached its apogee in communism, to promote socialism. This is because Satan always attempts to realize, in advance of God, a defective imitation of the divine plan… God’s plan is to develop a socialistic economy, although with a form and content utterly different from the state socialism that communism actually established.

According to God’s ideal of creation, God confers upon each individual the same original value. Just as parents love all their children equally, God desires to provide pleasant environments and living conditions equally to all His children. Because human beings are created to live in an ideal society, they will inevitably pursue a socialistic ideal as they strive for freedom and democracy and further search into their original nature. This is particularly true at the consummation of providential history, when this ideal can actually be realized. As this natural desire springs forth from within, politics in democracy, which is shaped by the will of the people, will also move in that direction. Eventually, a socialistic society embodying God’s ideal will be established

So the Divine Principle clearly describes the process towards Heaven’s economy, which is based on the transformation of the human heart, at the consummation of providential history. As we inherit God’s heart of love, and recognize God’s divine value in each of His Children, we will resonate with God’s desire to provide pleasant environments and living conditions equally to all His Children. Through Democracy, as this spiritual awakening becomes expressed in the will of the people, mankind will naturally move towards a socialistic society centered on God’s ideal.

Now let’s look at this process through the lens of economics.

Although there were pockets of wealth in history, global wealth remained flat until the introduction of free market capitalism which took hold in the industrial revolution at the end of the 18th CE.

Democracy established environments of freedom and private property rights necessary for the free market. Moreover, the Protestant ethic of hard work centered on God fueled its growth.

Freedom generated wealth. Wealth generated innovation and technological revolutions.

This happened in democracies, where citizens were entitled to own private property and businesses.

But not in dictatorships, colonies, or Communist regimes, where such private ownership was limited to a small circle of cronies, until recently when China and to a lesser extent, Russia embraced free markets.

Free Market Capitalism is not the ultimate economic system of Cheon Il Guk. Generally speaking, successful free market systems have been victims of their own success. Free Markets Capitalism has been revolutionary in that it has harnessed the creative energy of individuals, as free agents. While Free Markets have been more successful than any other system for raising the general levels of large populations from poverty to increasingly higher levels of comfort and wealth, they have not been very successful in distributing that prosperity on some kind of equitable basis. Wealth has increasingly become more concentrated.

In efforts to prevent corruption and to limit the extreme concentration of wealth, and to a lesser extent, to protect the limited property of the lower end of the economic scale, nations have developed regulations. However, in poorer countries, massive regulatory bureaucracies have led to systemic bribery. And in the wealthier countries, the very wealthy have increasingly captured the regulatory regimes. Historically, the wealthiest nations have tended to abandon ethics which support strong families and moral societies in pursuit of material goals and destructive addictions.

Free Market Capitalism in its Current Form is fundamentally flawed. In spite of efforts to improve it, including various schemes of economic democratization, it is not the solution for Cheon Il Guk. It is a system that uses wealth and material as the incentive to motivate human productivity and creativity.

Our purpose in life is joy, not money. Free markets feed consumer appetites, and stimulate those appetites through marketing. People pursue material fulfillment in the false assumption that it will bring them happiness. After a certain point, happiness doesn’t increase with more money. This unfulfilled craving leads to all kinds of self- destructive behaviors.

The Principle clearly explains this phenomenon, which is a direct result of the fall. God gave Mankind 3 Blessings/Responsibilities. The 3rd Blessing was Dominion or lordship over all things. It was to be achieved on the foundation of the 1st 2 Blessings: Personal oneness with God, and the growth of our Parental Heart of Love through Marriage and our Family. Through the Fall, mankind lost our qualification to have dominion over material things. The culmination of the course of restoration is to restore our qualification for the 3rd Blessing.

The model for the providence of restoration was Jacob. He had to completely cut off from any attachment to all his wealth, and instead give everything to his brother who had sworn to kill him. On that foundation God could bless him.

Similarly, Jesus said in Matt 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and be enslaved to money.”

True Mother: in Mother of Peace

“Today people have lost their moral direction, and we lament the dominance of materialism. The only way to heal this pain is by living lives of true love for the sake of others, not thinking about oneself. I open my eyes at daybreak and begin each day with prayer and meditation. I think very carefully about what I will do for whom, and then I act on that. Religious teachings and political and social reforms are important, but we cannot create a happy world through these alone. True love is giving a pair of socks with your whole heart to your neighbor who is shivering from the cold. Sometimes it is sacrificing completely for an utter stranger whom you may never see again. True love is giving and forgetting that you gave.”

True Father has explained that God doesn’t need money. God is the ultimate master of all wealth and material. For example: • After 21 years serving Laban, Jacob was penniless. In one season, with God’s help he was massively wealthy. • Genghis Khan was the leader of an extraordinarily poor tribe in Northern Mongolia. Within 2 decades his tribe became the center of the wealth of the world. He brought freedom of religion and peace to all the lands he conquered. • America was a highly indebted country having borrowed heavily in its war for freedom from England. It quickly became the wealthiest nation in the world.

In all three of those examples, based on the conditions set, God gave great blessings of wealth. In all three of those examples, after receiving that wealth, significant corruption followed in the next generations. In a world dominated by Satan, Wealth and Dominion is unsustainable, without the foundation of God’s Love through the Third Blessing.

So what does all this mean?

The only Power in the universe strong enough to overcome the desire for material is GODS LOVE.

The only way to experience God’s love powerfully enough to overcome Satan’s 3rd temptation is to enter into the Direct Dominion through the gateway of Cheon-Bo registration.

It is only through the Powerful love of God that the full creativity, energy, productivity, and joy of each human being can be unleashed to fulfill God’s idea of the Heavenly Kingdom based on: Interdependence (Living for the sake of others, not for myself) Mutual Prosperity (Where everyone shares in the prosperity, because in a world where we live for the sake of others, everyone would be motivated by love to serve those most in need) Universally Shared Values (This means that each of our passions will be empowered to contribute to the same ideal, because each of us will be connected in love with God.)

From My Journal 8/5/23:

“Thank you for your enthusiastic willingness to be used by me. That doesn’t mean that you should twiddle your thumbs waiting for me to send you instructions. I am trying to wake up partners – and not just partners – senior partners, whose passion and energy and vision will significantly define the course and process of restoration, and the establishment of the Heavenly Kingdom. Then, on the basis of that effort and action and vision and passion, I am thrilled to partner and make those visions come true. Of course, as you initiate, I may take the liberty to suggest a course correction, but always acknowledging, appreciating, and honoring your offering for the will. This is what I meant when I said I want each of my precious children to drive the car and I want to ride shotgun.

Think about how much more energy is generated this way compared to a situation where I simply tell everyone what to do. That is the essential difference between economics based on free markets versus economics based on central planning. There is really no comparison. Free markets tap into universal energy because each participant is a free agent. That is the age of Heaven we are now in. Each individual, each couple, can and must discover their own passion and course in dialogue with me. I will not give them paint-by-number instructions, but I will encourage and help guide their passion so that their offering will be constructive, collaborative, and bear great fruit for the providence.

More than the specific actions anyone takes, I am, at this time, urgently trying to wake up the original hearts and minds of each of my children to go beyond the 2nd blessing, and take ownership of the 3rd blessing. That is not simply about loving the animals and planting pretty gardens. That is about finding within your heart, the same unstoppable creative force that compelled me to create the entire cosmos the last 14 billion years, and learning how to direct that infinite power, energy, and passion for the sake of True Love. Ahh, in that deceptively simple word, “dominion”, lies an infinite universe waiting to explode in each of my children.”

We must reach the heart that Jacob had: Completely detach from material and even at the risk of our own destruction, give it all for the sake of God and Love. In reality, this means a critical mass of Heavenly Tribal Messiahs reaching the Direct Dominion.

The same principle applies to the Peace Road. It will be an extraordinarily costly undertaking, which will require the transformation of the hearts and motivations of the peoples of every nation. It is the shortcut to achieving world peace and unity, but without separating from Satan’s 3rd Temptation in each nation, it will not move forward.

How do we implement Heaven’s Economy in a world where most people are still not yet in the Direct Dominion?

Let us look once more at True Father’s final prayer which he offered on August 13, 2012

“I have completed everything. Today, as I have returned the conclusion of the final perfection to You, Father, I know that up to this moment, I have offered my whole life to You. I am spending this time now to bring my life to its conclusion, to bring it to a close with utmost devotion, in accordance with Your Will. In order that we may return to the original Garden of Eden, the garden with no trace of the Fall, and surmount everything that came to be connected to Adam’s portion of responsibility following the error committed by his betrothed, I, who have the authority to grant liberation and complete freedom to everything, declare that anyone who follows True Parents, be it someone in the fourth dimension, or be it someone who would otherwise go even to the fourteenth dimension of hell, will be adopted into the kingdom of heaven and registered in the fourth dimension.

I declare that if, centering on the fourteen sons and daughters, the tribal messiahs are able to fulfill the calling of national representatives and restore the 387 nations [of the Abel UN and Cain UN], everything will be brought to a conclusion. I have accomplished everything for this. I have completed everything. Aju!”

So clearly True Father envisions his work will be consummated by Tribal Messiahs who are standing on the victorious foundation of True Parents (who have restored the 3rd Blessing). If those Tribal Messiahs take responsibility to “restore” each of their nations, then the victory will be complete. At first this will be a process of education, motivation, and political leadership led by the Heavenly Tribal Messiahs, in order to plant the victorious foundation of Cheon Il Guk in each nation.

As we change the culture of the world from one where people grow up idolizing the wealthy and powerful, into one where people dream of cultivating their own deepest passions for God’s will and love, and for the service of all mankind - then the next generations will grow up with a deep desire to realize their own divine nature by fulfilling the three blessings.

In light of this, it should not surprise anyone, that True Mother’s vision for Cheongpyeong Complex is to create a destination where everyone in the world can experience and learn Heavenly Culture.

Anthology Book 1: Chapter 4, Page 77 True Mother: “I am going to build the HyoJeong Cultural Center. Through it, I will guide all our members, all Unificationists around the world in the revolution of the culture of heart. In the future united world, the kingdom of heaven on earth, if you worship and give joy to Heavenly Parent, it will bring you happiness. If we create such an environment, there will be no fighting between husbands and wives or brothers and sisters. When you do well, you will want to share that with your brothers. True love that lives for the sake of others will naturally guide people to take action. The place where such people live is heaven.

When I have some time, I listen to famous songs. I have plans to develop the talented artists among our members. They must create works of art, songs and paintings that express what it is like to attend True Parents personally on earth, what it looked and felt like. We need a revolution in the arts that helps Cheon Il Guk citizens who never met True Parents to realistically experience and feel what it was like… If there are no qualified leaders, I will raise them through education. I want to be able to tell people, “This is what the kingdom of heaven on earth looks like.”

The greater your desire is to give joy and glory to Heaven with a daily lifestyle of gratitude, the happier you will be. Our culture will be revealed to the world. While living a life of gratitude in front of Heaven, if you ever have a special feeling from a time or place and you have the talent, you should express what you feel through music, songwriting, composition, or through art. There are stories about a painter named Seol Chong from the Silla Dynasty. They say that his paintings of pine trees were so realistic that birds would fly toward them and hit the wall while trying to land on the branches. He was such a great artist that even the birds could not see any difference from a real tree.

There will be many people with that kind of talent among our second and third generation members. You need to grow internally and then reach the position from which you can lead the external world. We should ensure internal stability as we advance. Through that, there will be a culture of heart revolution. I have given you my instructions. How you blossom is now your responsibility.
