The 50th Heavenly Parent’s Day in Accra, Ghana

On the 28th of January, 2017 at 7:00 am a pledge service was held at the main chapel of FFWPU-Ghana in Accra, to commemorate the ushering into the New Year according to the Cheon Il Guk calendar. The same celebration coincided with the 50th Heavenly Parent’s Day and the 16th anniversary of the Enthronement Ceremony for Gods Kingship.
The ceremony was led by the national leader, Rev. Anthony Arthur. About 45 members consisting of Blessed Families attended the occasion. The national leader read a speech from the Cheon Seong Gyeong emphasizing on the significance of the Holy Day.
To conclude, members had cheers of “og mansei” and fruits from the altar were shared as members exchanged pleasantries and wished each other well in the new year of the red roaster.
