Dear Citizens of Cheon Il Guk,

May the abundant love of the victorious Cosmic Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind be with you all!

Truly, more and more blessings are coming to our country because of the unity and cooperation that we have demonstrated during the past events on the occasion of our True Parents visit and the recently concluded International Youth Festival during our elder brother Hyun Jin Nim’s visit. Hyun Jin Nim mentioned during his Hoon Dok Hae speech at the Manila Hotel and at the International Youth Leaders Congress for Global Peace at the Araneta Coliseum last August 12, 2006 that we should “Take the message to every corner of this nation and start a heavenly tsunami that will rock this region of Southeast Asia, a heavenly tsunami that brings eternal life and resurrection. Indeed brothers and sisters, this heavenly tsunami is about to begin in our country. The True Family is scheduled to visit the Philippines as part of their global speaking tour. We should do our utmost in preparing for this tour.

Universal Peace Federation, Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, and Inter-religious and International Federation for World Peace

To advance the globalization of the Blessing while commemorating the historical victory of the realm of the Blessing of three generations within the True Family on the foundation of the victory of proclaiming the Word and bestowing the Blessing through the first and second world tour following the inauguration of the Universal Peace Federation.

To announce to all humanity the exemplary manifestation of ideal families based on the four position foundation in three generations that was completed through the Holy Wedding of the grandchildren (Shin-il, Shin-bok, Shin-sook, Shin-won) in the True Family, to enhance the noble value of “God’s ideal family and the kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world”, and have all people join the true family movement.

To announce to all humanity True Parents’ victory and great achievement of realizing God’s kingdom of the peaceful, ideal world through the entrance ceremony into Cheon Jeong Goong and the Coronation in the Era after the Coming of Heaven, and to create the foundation for substantially serving and attending the King of Peace.

Significance:

The True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind established the Universal Peace Federation on September 12, 2005 and embarked on an inaugural tour for UPF in 120 nations worldwide in order to usher in the era of the global Universal Peace Federation. On the foundation of the victory of this first world tour, the 180-nation world tour of UPF Rallies for the Restoration of the Homeland came to a successful conclusion on August 19. Through this tour (which began on April 28 and ended on August 19, with the Korean rallies held from March 25 to April 3) True Mother as Abel and True Children as Cain became as one to embrace the world and give new life to the people through the path of rebirth, resurrection and eternal life so that they may be offered to True Father.

On the foundation of these victories, True Parents are now mobilizing three generations of the True Family, with the True Children who are the second generation, and the True Grandchildren who are the third generation, to launch the Rallies for the Victorious Liberation of the Homeland for Cosmic Peace based on the Return of Heaven and Earth to God, beginning with Korea on August 31. These rallies are part of the process of restoring the right of the lineage, the realm of harmony among siblings and the rights of ownership that were lost based on the establishment of the realm of heart in the four position foundation through three generations of the True Family, centering on God. The speeches will be delivered in the Korean language, the providential mother tongue, to allow all humanity to inherit the realm of victory of the true Parents of heaven, Earth and Humankind.

All brothers and sisters, owners of Cheon Il Giuk should take part in the preparation for this historical event. Very importantly, we should create a strong internal condition to assure the victory for God, True Parents, the True Children and True Grandchildren in this rally.

In line with this, let’s all join in offering a 21-Day National Condition with details below.

12-Minute Daily Prayer and 40-Full Bows (anytime of the day preferably during HDH)

To unite heartistically with the heart God and True Parents in realizing the vision and goal for 2006, especially centering on UPF as Abel UN.

To create a strong internal and external foundation to welcome the True Family in the September 25, 2006 UPF Rally ro be held simultaneously in 12 cities.

For the protection and good health of True Parents, the True Children and True Grandchildren.

For stronger commitment of the whole membership in the Philippines towards the attainment of national restoration, the substantial Cheon Il Guk.

For the protection, unity and guidance of all Blessed Central Families and the entire membership.
