Susan Crosthwaite

Susan was born April 1955 in Cohuna, Victoria — Australia. She went to nursing College in Melbourne and was the first sister to join the Unification Family in Australia. Susan then pioneered several cities in Australia and then went as a missionary to the Solomon Islands.

In December 1980 she bumped into Ashley in New York and they've been together ever since. In the 80's they spent time in California and then moved in 1990 to Russia to teach.

Patrick was born in Dec 1991 and Melanie their daughter arrived 7 years later, when Susan was 43. By this time, they had moved back to England to help take care of Ashley's parents and settled down in Sutton.

For the next 25 years, Susan invested her heart into marriage counselling and supporting families, went worldwide teaching the Marriage Enrichment Course, and even wrote a book. She will be sorely missed by everyone she touched and our thoughts and prayers are with her family at the time.
